Yes, I think it has to be The Henry. What makes looking easy is that there is only one Cheesecake Factory in the entire city. You only have to search one area. If you look around, you notice that what is unusual about the Henry is the fixtures on the drawers and cabinets. If you look at other apartments, many have the same/similar countertops, but The Henry is the only one that has those specific bar handles.

The angle here is also telling. We are looking from a kitchen island with a sink towards the second counter. To the left of the counter is a wall. Take a look at the floor plans https://thehenryatfritzfarm.com/floor-plans/

There are only two floor plans that meet this description. They are the James and the Delilah. But the Delilah has a fridge to the left of the counter. This picture showers a vertical cabinet, which matches the James.

I think the Kiwi who first suggested the James is completely right.

Great find! I guess I must have judged too quickly based off of what I said. I looked at about 7 or so other apartment complexes right around the area, but I missed this one.

I looked into the Stables to compare it to the Henry. Here's one relevant detail:
