Just FYI My 600 lb Life has Gina, the fat, 28 year old, narcissistic, 605 pound lesbian with a fat enabling partner that got cast on the show instead of Hamber.

My 600 lb obviously thought there was only room for one fat, 28 year old lesbian this season who would just waste time and resources while spewing BS. Maybe Gina edging out Hamber by 30 lbs made her the winner.

She is such a doppelgänger of Amber it’s shocking.

It was really weird. While I was capping it, there were several times I almost typed in Big Al/Beggy instead of Gina/Beth. No chemistry? Check. Superfast movein/married? Check. Poop bun whining all the time about everything and not grokking that pounding down 4K+ calories every day is bad? Check. Gopher/caretaker ordered to get takeout/fast food while poop bun sat around "starveeen"? Check.

She'll always "suffer" with mental illness. Wrong - that's a CHOICE she's making. I'm not making light of any mental illness; am in no position to do so but a great many mental/emotion based conditions don't have to be "suffered through", Therapy combined with any needed medication & diligent work often means a person can learn to work around or even WITH some mental illnesses.

Why am I preaching to the converted? Amber is not going to forego the handy dandy excuse of her "mentulz".

Gina's channel has been purged of everything except one video. She has been doing live streams over the last two weeks after going radio silent months ago.


ETA: yep. It's her. Now her use of fat girl angles in all her still images make more sense. Prior to her run on My600lbLife she was pretty honest about her size.

Ugh - I just watched this episode and I couldn't stop wondering if Amberlynn & Becky watched this one together. What I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall if they did. Then again, I suspect that the cognitive dissonance of both A & B would stop them from seeing the parallels.

Seriously though, it was like TLC looked at Amber's story and then deliberately went out to find two fat stupid lesbians who physically and mentally resemble A&B in every aspect. There is a scene in a hotel where Gina (AL) screeched at Beth (Becky) to go out to the car to bring in the fan - I nearly lost it at that point. Even more disgusting, Gina (AL) admitted to only bathing once a month and that she was fully aware she smelled bad as her family and wife told her that and had to make her go and wash. And here's the kicker, Gina is more mobile than AL, has a lower BMI. nowhere near as significant lymphedema, and is a year younger. AL must smell absolutely horrendous but obviously nobody tells her.
 
I'm watching the repeat of that episode now. The parallels are surreal.

Something I've noticed on My600Lb.Life, Deathfat YouTubers of all stripes. They all overuse the word 'journey' but another word that is rapidly making see me red is "overwhelming". Why is it every damned thing they are supposed to do to try & improve their own health & lives, even when it's entirely their own idea is OVERWHELMING. Christ on a crutch, I swear having to answer the phone is overwhlemeeeeeeeeeeeeen to all of them.

Ohhh yes. I have a couple of shitty little snowflake employees try and pull this one on me a few times. My standard response is to say "its normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes; most people do. The best thing to do is to shift your focus from yourself and your feelings and immerse yourself in the task at hand or focus on other people". They hate it, but I'm fucked if I am paying staff to throw pity-party tantrums because they have learned to get away with this kind of bullshit. They've become so accustomed to whining about being overwhelmed/their anxiety and expecting everyone to back down and give them a magic pass card. In my experience, the ones who genuinely have problems are usually too mortified to even discuss it and don't go round whining about being overwhelmed. I'm kinder to those ones.

Gina sounds a lot like StaySi makes AL sound in her videos. The malice, the self-absorption, the manipulation and entitlement. She indeed believes "I have to learn to put meee first" while she doesn't even notice living beings of any significance besides herself and her current emotions. It's all make-believe.
