It just proves she’s lying. You take a (healthy) dog to the vet once a year for a checkup and shots, rabies could be once a year or once every three years depending on where you live and the law. She has no fucking clue what she’s talking about, as usual. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s one of those people who insists her female dog was neutered at this point.

Cats don't even need to go that often anymore unless you need the vet to clip their claws. The new rabies vaccine is good for 3 years and if your cat is up to date on their other shots and is in good health, there's no reason to drag them to the vet.

PL warning but I've owned cats my whole life and every single one I've had needed to go to the vet at max twice a year just to get their annual shots and pest prevention treatment (that liquid you massage into a cat's nape to prevent ticks, forgot what it's called).
This isn't the first time Amber claimed she takes her pets to the vet multiple times a year, why does she think that's a flex? Her animals are young, if they see the vet that much then that means something is wrong. You can't claim your animals are perfectly healthy but then also say that you take them to the vet like every 2 months, it doesn't work that way.
