If you guys are right, this would indeed be a big deal for her. She hasn't weighed in the 540s since November of 2018, where she was 543.0 in her video uploaded on November 11. I'm including an archive of that video so we have a visual of what 540s-Amber looks like to compare to.

Yeah, there's no way she's lost that much. And if somehow she did, she should be deeply worried that weightloss alone isn't enough to stop the progression of her physical deformity.

The idea that Amber turned down TLC because she wouldn't have control over anything is fucking hilarious because she's never had any control to begin with. Sure, she could turn off the camera before and keep the exposure to fat girl angles but now that she's living in the fag shanty Eric is constantly giving us the money shot with his otherwise boring as fuck vlogs.
Amber is CONSTANTLY given opportunities and the means to transform her life: approached by TLC and offered total care and support in exchange for doing EXACTLY WHAT SHE ALREADY DOES ONLINE, $10k checks she's blown almost entirely on Walmart crap and fatgirl tents she''ll never wear, an online audience that so many people would kill for and would immediately capitalize on that she takes for granted and just gaslights 24/7... she's a black hole of failure and I love to see it!

I wonder (someone correct me if they know) if she was approached by TLC in general or My 600PL? I really don't remember if she ever specified. I could see her turning down the latter because they really make you humiliate yourself on that show. Tammy had to do her spongebath on the toilet and get weighed at a junkyard, but I think their show didn't come off as pathetic as M600PL does.
I doubt TLC would even bother trying to give her a show of her own, because she is boring as fuck. I don't follow the Slatons at all but from what I've seen on their show they are far more entertaining than Amber will ever be.

She was approached for MSHPL and turned it down because she didn't want to do embarrassing things like the shower scene from what I can recall. But I wouldn't be surprised if TLC offered her to have her own show and she turned that down too. If that's the case, then that would've been such a big fucking mistake now that you look at 1000 Lbs Sisters: not only does TLC make them look better and more likable, it's also like you said, the tone is not as pathetic as MSHPL. I can't really pinpoint what it is that makes it this way since the concept of the two shows isn't that different, but 1000 Lbs Sisters has a more... cheerful tone? That could be just thanks to the Slaton's personalities though. They are charming in a strange morbid way, and Amber isn't.

amber is totally happy humiliating herself on youtube for $$$ because she can continue to be a fat fuck and eat all the fried tempura and papa mexicanas she wants. any type of TV production that has approached her would involve her not being in control of her food. she doesn't actually want to change, and even though i'm sure she'd kill for the attention the slatons are getting right now she loves her reeses and cheesecakes more.

She does not humiliate herself anywhere near as much as they would force her to on TLC. I don't think the food is the only thing she wants to be in control of.
She wants to be able to continue to lie about her weight, she wants to make sure everyone sees her from her perfect fat girl angles instead of one like that image of her floating around. She does not want to appear to be as much of a fat fuck as she is. She would make far more money if she agreed to a show on TLC but I don't see someone like Amber showing herself practically naked on television for money. She cares way too much about how other see her compared to the Slatons.

I think she was approached by a casting director, or casting director wannabe (which could really just be anyone), and not TLC directly. In her video where she talks about it, it sounds like the person who contacted her had to wait to hear from TLC before they could report back to Amberlynn.

Hamber of course is humiliating herself on her channel all the time. I think she's so stupid she doesn't see it that way though. To her shows like MSHPL would make her look bad and most definitely make her show her dainty balloon legs, she can't have that boo boo. Also I think she knows she would fight Dr. Now tooth and beetus paw on his diet, screeching "sHe kNOwS wHAt wOrKs foR HeR".
