The show has featured patients with legs that honestly made hers look fairly small - each leg a massive, infected slab but most of those patients have generally been bedbound for several years. 600 Lb. Life is an eye opener in terms of where fat can lodge on different body types.

I can't get over her legs either. It's hard for me to think she doesn't have fluid leakage in at least 1 area but who knows?

I've often wondered why she doesn't stop stuffing her legs into those badly overstretched leggings & start wearing skirts; you'd think her skin would appreciate more air but maybe if she does have fluid leaks...

Also trying to figure out how she manages to stand up when she's trying to get off that ottoman.

She can't wear skirts, if she does her thighs (and probably calves too) will rub against each other causing rash, there are easy ways to avoid it but since her giant belly probably doesn't let her reach her legs, the only way for her to wear a skirt is to put it over leggings and that would be like going back to square one.

Compression leggings will help with lymphodema leaking, and any compression is better than none if she is experiencing fluid leaking (and given how her legs look, I cannot believe that she isn't). Unfortunately all her leggings are probably doing, stretched out as they are, is soaking up the fluid so she isn't leaving behind a trail of fluids.

You can’t get to 600 pounds and have normal looking legs. They’re all just as large and disfigured as hers. Sometimes even worse. The largest legs were on a woman named Tracey that had severe lymphedema.

That being said, James King’s legs are by far the most Lovecraftian. I remember reading a post by a medical professional on the subreddit and motherfucker had tons of yeast, fungi, cellulitis, etc on them.

I’m sure Amber’s are pretty damn bad. There’s no way they couldn’t. Those leggings are like sausage casings and not doing her any favors.

What's amazing to me about that (for any of them) is that "a couple hundred pounds ago" they didn't actively try to change what was happening. I mean, there's going through life passively, and then there's going through life passively to the extent your laayyygs could be hacked off and weigh as much - or more - than a regular human person. It's just hard to fathom why anyone would willingly get to that point without making any effort to halt it. And by effort, I mean more than discarding a diet after 12 hours because it doesn't work instantaneously.

Sorry but there's no way she is getting compression leggings on over her massive legs. She's 300 pounds too big for anything like that. Even if she could squeeze into them they'd probably actually cut off her circulation instead of compressing because she's just way too fucking fat and deformed.

Why the hell do people want Amber to drive so damn badly? It's questionable that she should even be in a car as a passenger, let alone as the person in control of the vehicle.

Someone who is almost 30, who doesn't know how to drive, and who does not want to drive is not someone I want to share the road with.

Looking at her birthday picture from Eric's vlogmas, there is absolutely no way that she could fit in the driver seat. Her life outside the house includes the sushi place, the Chinese buffet, McDonald, the Cheesecake factory and Chili's among others.
 
She can't fit her belly behind the wheel, can't fit her laayygs under the wheel, and there's not enough room for her dainty hooves to operate the pedals. Her girth and neck hump prevents her from swiveling her head to check her blind spots or even her basic peripheral.

It's physically impossible for her to drive, and that's before you consider her visual and intellectual impairment. Might as well request her to take up BMX racing in 2020
