AL is always sick, when isn't she complaining about something. She rarely leaves the house, yet gets sick a lot, she obviously has no immune system because she's 600 lbs. People with kids in school get sick less than AL does. And they sure as hell don't whine and cry about it for a week, they have a household and kids to take care of and probably work too.
 
I'd hate to be around this bitch 24/7. Not only the smell but the constant fucking whining over a cold.
I haven't heard kids complain like this blob.
 
She looks HUGE on IG live. She filters her videos, too (I know, late). What other explanation is there between the contrast of her size on different platforms or when someone else is recording. You expect a certain variation, but not this much.
 
This is her winter cold she gets, last time she had one lasted over a month and affected her breathing, one day it will be her last.
