She's daft. If she had any brains at all she'd tone down the enabling until after she's suckered Amber into marriage. If Amber dies before that, Becky gets nothing.

There are a ton of water apps on the Apple store, they’ll even notify you as often as you’d like. I never got how AL could “forget” to drink water or whatever her bullshit excuse was. It wouldn’t come close to helping though. Her stomach is stretched to shit and she enjoys the feeling of being full too much. She’s just going to keep chugging along. It’s not like she’s been able to fulfill her water challenges for more then a week anyway.

Not much to like or dislike taste wise. Water tastes of nothing. It is just refreshing. You can go out and buy something like San Pellegrino if you want goodtasting mineral water.

Not to bandwagon, but inserting yourself into the narrative is generally frowned upon here. AL has inspired a lot of people to get their shit together, but this isn't the forum to brag about it or air your personal grievances with her. Also, it's pretty common knowledge ALR is a troll, eating herself to death because there's financial incentive to do so. You'll garner a little more favor by not stating the absolute obvious. Just fyi, for future posts.

Might I add that reading the entire thread from start to finish is a bit of an initiation and prevents things from being discussed repeatedly, which is why the thread is so dang long in the first place. There's lots of good info in there, especially in the first 700pages or so.

There's also a search function that works quite well to avoid asking people about things and adding needless updates. It's annoying for the old-timers to come check their updates only to find it's all noobs asking, why doesn't Amber have health insurance, for the 90th time.

I know this is autistic and unrelated; but holy crap I fell down a rabbit hole after Zachary Michael's video about Nikocado Avocado and then found Hungry Fatchick, how does she weight 200 lbs less than AL??? She was also able to step on a scale with no shaking or wobbling; since she's 1/3 the size of AL.

The radio silence from AL lets me know she has again failed her 'diet plan'. I wonder when she's going to admit she's over 600 lbs?
