Unrelated to the current topic, but I was thinking, is the orange chicken at Cheesecake Factory any good even? To me it looked really bland. I feel like you could make it way better at home. I don't get how she is addicted to that shit.
nope.
i've been to the CF a grand total of two times in my life. the first time i got a burger (it was meh); the second time i got tacos (ice-cold and strange, i sent them back and just drank my iced tea). my sister got the orange chicken and i had a bite--it was noticeably sweeter than the kind that comes at typical chinese restaurants, so that's probably why AL likes it so much. the menu is a giant catalog of pre-made, frozen-food and it's all mediocre, at best.
3900 calories. How many calories would you have to eat to maintain 564lbs?
I think she is eating "normal" food, its just that the quantities and portions are so huge that it quickly builds up to calorie overload. I was looking at one of her chilli recipes and it was amazing the amount of ingredients she was putting in it. The sodium alone in it must have been more than a days worth. This is frightening, given we know she's higher then that. She's basically eating three walmart/costco chickens a day and what ever sides..to maintain.
She's actively gaining at a hugely accelerated rate. I can't actually envision how some one can eat that much. Like does she actually eat normal food any more or just go for calories and eat sticks of butter?
Well that's almost exactly three portions of the orange chicken at CF. If she's eating like that for each of her at least three meals then it's no wonder she's so massive. And it's not like her home cooked food is much better either considering the massive portion sizes3900 calories.
The real kicker is that Ambers BMR is just over 3200 calories, so in theory she could "only" eat 3000 calories and would start to (slowly) lose weight.Well that's almost exactly three portions of the orange chicken at CF. Just like Eric has anxiety so he quit work but he had no problems approaching people at gay pride to be in his videos. That whole household is something else.Unrelated to the topic but remember when she said she has phone anxiety? Yet she has no qualms about filming her calling Dominos to get her salad dressing. ?
I don't think she has any leftovers from the pots of shit chili and soup she cooks. She eats that whole pot by herself (usually) in one day.I think she is eating "normal" food, its just that the quantities and portions are so huge that it quickly builds up to calorie overload. You are probably right, I don't think I have ever heard Amber talk about eating leftovers, she always needs to go to Walmart to buy new food.I don't think she has any leftovers from the pots of shit chili and soup she cooks. She eats that whole pot by herself (usually) in one day.
On her WHAT I ATE TODAY | OFF TRACK video, she managed to down around 4880 calories in a single day with three large meals and a huge candy binge. I got autistic and ran the numbers out of curiosity. Note, she had just binged to the point of nausea the night before all this on Mexican, Taco Bell, Gushers and chips.
Big Al doesn’t even have a concept of what is “healthy”. To her, healthy is always dried grilled chicken, broccoli and potatoes. She can’t conceptualize any variety as to what could be healthy. In fact, if she just portioned her food better ( as in using smaller plates and utensils to eat her food) she could still eat some unhealthy foods and be within her calorie limit. Even on her supposed “healthy” days, she can’t cook all that well, so she ends up craving junk. Her ego makes it worse since she believes that she is a really talented chef, yet she can’t do basic chopping right. Her view of healthy food is so limited that I think just about anyone would be driven crazy eating only salads, chicken, broccoli and potatoes. Heck, she could just watch some food channels on YouTube to see the variety you can have with healthy eating. There are so many ways to use lean meats, seafood, fresh vegetables and legumes that don’t have to end up either as a slop or seasoned and cooked to death like the preferred Al methods. Sadly, all of that takes effort and planning and Al can’t do that in her very busy schedule. On her WHAT I ATE TODAY | OFF TRACK video, she managed to down around 4880 calories in a single day with three large meals and a huge candy binge.
