Welcome to the minds of deathfats, they don't want to put in the work to lose weight by simply restricting calories and getting therapy. No, it has to be some dumb gimmick for them and when they fail the fad diets they throw up their hands to proclaim they've done everything. Deathfats are mentally ill and have disordered thinking they are always in denial about how bad their situation is and how much power they over it.

Falling for MLMs mainly comes from being lonely and unfulfilled in your everyday life. That's why you see lots of stay at homes moms fall for them, MLMs come with like minded "friends" who encourage you to be a strong, brave, boss mama and praise like that just feels great when all you do is hang out with a toddler all day. Amber's not the typical member of the female demographic for MLMs but the statement still stands; she lives a sad, lonely life.

Pretty sure ALR won’t have weight loss surgery for a multitude of reasons already listed in the thread.

- No sane doctor would take on a 600 lb WLS patient, and she can’t/won’t lose enough weight on her own to hit their weight limit.

- Dr. Now is out because she’ll never do MSHPL. She’s too ashamed, doesn’t want to show how she actually lives or what her real attitude is, would never do a shower scene, etc.

- The whole “no insurance” thing. Kentucky didn’t expand Medicaid, and she didn’t care enough to purchase a plan, so it looks like she has another year with no coverage ahead of her.

- The thought of having her stomach reduced by any capacity likely frightens her. Not only would she not be able to binge eat (read: eat) as she wanted, if she did, she could have painful or fatal consequences. She also couldn’t rake in the youtube $ without her mook-bangs. The thought of a weight-loss channel (featuring actual weight loss) being profitable has slipped her mind.

She could get her shit together, lose enough weight for a doctor to risk operating, follow the post-op diet, and be a success story. But that would require desire, drive, and effort. ALR only has desire, drive, and effort when going to The Cheeseake Factory is involved.

If AL would get WLS, she would die from busting opening her stomach. She doesn’t eat because she is hungry. When she was on phentermine, she said I’m forcing myself to eat this pizza down my throat, I’m not even hungry!

and she doesn't even like pizza. so imagine being on the first day or 2 of phentermine when it's working 100% before hitting some tolerance and she still ate something she doesn't even like. her mindset at 400 pounds she needs to eat to survive is still the same today... not that there is no food shortage in Kentucky. she just had to wait a few hours for dusty to get her a salad but she felt if she didn't eat some leftover pizza before people got home she'd starve to death. or someone else might eat that pizza.
