That's a good point, actually. How much do you think her missing glasses contributes to how delusional she appears?
She's obviously a liar, of course, but I wonder if she does actually have a skewed picture of how bad some of the visible changes are. Like she can see discoloration on her knuckles but not how bad it's gotten, for example. Or she actually can't see how bad her clothing fits.

This is what she does best. Anytime there is truth and I mean actual truth to a statement someone says to her about herself, she panics and deactivates, it triggers her fear of being exposed as the liar that she is. She’s so stupid she doesn’t realize most things on the internet can never be deleted especially when you have a following of haters/fans. She can’t even properly backtrack her own statements to lie.

For example, "As a fellow curvy plus size queen, I develop irritation in my extra curves. Do you have that problem? What do you use for it?"
