Her dancing Gif is still horrifying in that...it's like some one having a seizure. Like legit I still think it shows some crazy level of not healthy.

Does she legitimately not see her own self and realize this is how it looks? Like her forearms? How she has freakishly small arms because of her biceps being the size of a human torso?

Nah, that's not hair pulling. Most people who compulsively pull their (head) hair do so from the crown. It results in the classic "Friar Tuck" baldness where there's a bald spot on the top of the skull surrounded by healthy hair on all sides.

She's balding because she's beyond supermorbidly obese and her endocrine system is jacked up.

edit: a lot of people who compulsively pull their hair do so because the hairs they pull feel "wrong" or different than the rest of it, like they're rough or damaged and don't belong there. The hairs at the crown of your head tend to grow in more rough and wiry. Thus those are the ones generally targeted. The baby hairs at the front of your face wouldn't be a target.

Yes, she's losing her hair from her hormones being out of control. Totally. It's thick at the ends, but so thin at the root too. Gorl needs a haircut. Everyone in that house needs a haircut.

The "Zumba" part was sad too. Necky was trying to give her encouragement to keep doing it. She even seemed surprised AL was able to move like that! Kinda blew her cover how she's not able to workout or walk around a grocery store. Alas, our landwhale pretended not to know what Necky meant by the encouragement and quickly stopped before she was able to break a sweat to grab the phone out of Necky's hands. Because "like...what?"

I think she's actively encouraging her to gain more weight. I mean woh likes to eat alone? Every time the food slave makes a run she's got to sit down and eat along with her. Because seriously they don't really do or talk about much other than eating, because thats all they have in common.

Just a mini complaint but ...can we stop trying to diagnose these cows with developmental/mental disorders? It strips them of their responsibility. ALR claimed to have trichotillomania one time in one video? Cool she also claimed to be raped by her ex. Why are we going to believe this one specific lah?

Like, what's more likely: that ALR has a rare variant of an OCD-like impulse disorder that causes her to pull her hair from her hairline instead of her crown, eyelashes, or eyebrows like nearly everyone else with that disorder and she never ever tries to use this for victim points except in one video no one can find despite her well-established pattern of using anything that has ever happened to her as a reason she's not responsible for her health problems, or ALR ate herself to 600 lbs and fucked up her hormones and now her hairline is receding?
