Y'all think Walmart has any "cute" notebooks left after Amber went through this black friday? Also make sure you guys place all left overs somewhere high where she can't reach them without getting tired out.

Disagree. The fatty, low nutritional content of her food is part of the problem. Excess calories are a factor as well. There are plenty of filling low calorie foods she could eat and be full with, while eating way less than 2000 calories a day. Amber just has to stop being lazy and garner the willpower to stick to a more strict diet. She is monstrously obese and that's why drastic changes are needed, not "baby steps."
 
The problem with the thinking that, 'Even if she eats fast food/bad things, if it's under 3000 she'll still lose" is that high calories don't always equal filling. If she gorges herself on 3000 calories of BK, she's still going to be hungry later. Even a turkey sandwich with curly fries from Arby's is well over 1000 calories. If you add in a shake and mozz sticks, because, 'she's allowed', forget about it. If she indulges herself in bad foods that are high in calories, she's still going to binge..because she'll feel like she's starving in a few hours, but with no calories left.
 
Popcorn is like the dieter's dream food. Large volume, low calories. Well in theory, Amber probably would dump two sticks of butter on a microwave bowl full and claim popcorn made her fat.

Also honestly people? She doesn't binge. She eats three Big Macs and it's a normal meal for her.

It’s not just what she eats it’s HOW she eats, she devoured that subway sandwich like someone was about to snatch it off her. Was quite disturbing actually

A dietitian is usually a really empathetic and helpful person, trying to help people accomplish goals. They won't behave like dr now. They typically take a detailed history, ask about the foals they want to accomplish, and then lay out options. If they are working in conjunction with a doctor then the doctor is the one who dishes out hard truths, the dietitian appeals to the physicians authority to push a specific goal.

Amberlynns history is failing to stick to anything for more than a week, shuffling between increasingly drastic plans, then giving up completely and eating everything. Seeing if she can stick to something easy is a great idea because they can both stop wasting their time if amberlynn can't muster enough self discipline to cut one fast meal out of 7 per week. Research on changing habits shows that small goals are the norm for people who change their lifestyle. If she wants drastic she needs to have surgery.

The early cadre of fat positivity assholes (think Marianne Kirby, Lesley Kinzel and Kate Harding) helped coin "death fat" as a mockery of the label "morbidly obese." Lesley Kinzel takes credit for creating the phrase but I'm too tired to actually research this information.

I don't even know what to say other than to lean out my window and scream for a while. Did a Google image search on "infinifat" and that is how I am going to classify Amberlynn from now on.

I will never understand how these (mostly) women think it's cute, attractive, empowering or even interesting to weigh more than 500 pounds. Every single fat image I saw under that tag featured a woman 100-200 pounds heavier and twenty years younger than two of my family members whose deaths were directly caused from super-morbid obesity. In some sense these behemoths have hit a sort of genetic lottery - they are able to stand, walk, blog, vlog and still function at weights that outright disable and kill other women. They're clearly hardier, with legs and backs able to support such weight and organs that don't fail when they hit triple digit BMIs. I wonder what their lives could have been had they not eaten themselves into oblivion and created a pseudo-cultural and political movement around their shocking gluttony.

This is just awful. This feels like some fall of Rome, end of times shit right here. Infinifat. Truly, these warrioresses will test the limits of human endurance.

This is an interesting comment, because it is tempting to think this way when we see all the utter bullshit lazy, unemployed people are up to, from deathfats to Bronies to gender fluids to Furries to almost any wacky subculture you can name.

However, it reminds me more of the period between World War 1 and the Great Depression. The Roaring 20's, through a modern lens. The 1920's was filled with fops and dandies, but when the Depression came, and then World War 2, there was no room for such tomfoolery.

At some point, the USA will face another disaster of worldwide consequence, and people will have to get off their asses and fend for themselves. Those who can't will perish. I'd love to see Amberlynn if the shit hits the fan and all hell breaks loose.

How do you guys think she’d handle a water diet? Consume only water for like 2 weeks i reckon she’d be able to go a solid 1-3 months without any food and I’m sure she’d lose a crazy amount of weight, it’d only work if someone locked her in a room with water bottles and refused to fall for her manipulative tactics.

i think it could actually work, but it would only be able to be for like a month. i hear at that size it's actually really easy to lose weight if you just put a little effort in. it's never gonna happen though, there's no way you could force her to lose weight at this point.
 
Even if this person is a dietician like she claims (or if this person even exists... you can never tell with AL), it doesn't matter because AL can't stick to anything that requires the tiniest bit of discipline or personal responsibility.

She really is like a child in an adult's body. Kids are naturally dumb and self-destructive cause they don't know any better. Kids will overeat and make themselves sick, run into traffic, impulsively spend all their allowance on crap etc. AL has created a kind of horrifying Neverland (I don't think any of us would want to live in that house) for herself where she never has to grow up or take any kind of responsibility for her actions or life. And sadly enough, I don't think she's ever going to get the chance to grow up or improve herself cause she is speeding towards an early grave. (I used to be dumb and :optimistic: thinking she had a chance to save herself, but holy shit the past few videos have proven me wrong.)
 
Do any health professionals here know what would happen at this point if Al got even a common cold/flu? Her body has to be struggling to keep her alive as it is, any kind of illness could easily progress into pneumonia, or worse. Will any of the toddlers in that home know when it’s time to have her hospitalized? Hate to say it, but I’m morbidly curious to see how this all plays out.

Here’s a tip mate: they don’t. They hate it just as much as you and if there were a pill that would magically melt all the weight off, they’d stampede to the store to buy it in bulk.

But when you have two options...buckle down and fundamentally change how you live while committing to a new way of eating and a regimen of exercises...OR just keep eating and post a tonne of insta photos with happy quotes about being “curvy cuties” while calling everyone who disagrees a fat-shaming monster...well, which sounds like less work to you?

This is a “fake it til you make it” approach to self-esteem, claiming that they really honestly love being so heavy they can’t ride roller coasters or not have constant swollen ankles.

It’s actually more like “fake it til you eventually drop dead.”

Oh of course there’s no way she’d do it willingly LOL I’m just saying if they all grew enough balls to force her to stop eating but I don’t think anyone in that house cares enough about her to do that. I feel like everyone in that house is waiting for her to die or end up in the hospital.
