Eh, not having a coat makes her a cute, chilly gal who has to have door to door service. If she had a coat she’d need to walk. Let’s not forget her dainty snow/cold weather ballet flats.

I got recommended a very fit guy who eats vintage military MREs from watching Amber and other fatties.(he’s eaten food from the 50s! ) I’ve never seen anything about the military or MREs or prepper or whatever. Turns out, somebody in the Slaton thread also watches him.

Apparently, the word “eat” is enough, especially if you’ve also watched morbidly obeast people. . :).

Dude is interesting though, and normally I’m not one to watch people eat. He’s about a million times more interesting than Amber. Steve1989MREInfo, I think.

The point is, you never know what that YouTube algorithm is doing. It’s not always other fatties, weight loss, mukbangs or sideshow exhibits.

Poorly received? She wanted that coin for upcoming Christmas gifts so she made a video crying about death but couldn't even wait for few videos like she did earlier and just posted mukbang the very next day. She got her views so shes back to binging for few days

I tried this out with my phones fitness program (Samsung) and if you flail it around while stepping in place like she does, it adds about 3 to 5 steps for each foot raise. Not sure if a watch would make things more accurate or not.

Does it matter though? I don't mean that in a chippy way (TC opens gob and inserts foot) but I'd've thought her flailing her arms around like an electrocuted hippoctopus would burn as many calories as her flat-foot shuffle. She doesn't really walk or step, just heaves from side-to-side like a wardrobe; momentum does the rest, and people workout with smaller weights than one of her arms.

It's irrelevant anyway cos she'll have stopped doing...whatever the fuck that was...by now, but not only is lifting one of those huge arms a feat, it's much less damaging to her than walking. I guess she's doing SOMETHING the fitbit recognises as movement...
 
Just a question for all you lovely people.
Recently watched the video of her excersising in her red balloon shirt and me and my partner are disagreeing on whether or not her “steps” are actually counted. As you can see in the video she is moving her arms more than her legs when she is “stepping” around. We also disagreed on whether or not her counting steps while in one spot should count as well. My partner thinks the Fitbit is accurate and I think if she is waving her arms around so much she is adding on steps she isn’t actually doing.....
I have the same Fitbit she has. Fitbit is inaccurate. It's good for general usage ,like if you're fairly active you get 8k step count but it's not accurate. You can shake your arm and it counts steps. I cycle a lot and if I forget to turn on workout mode, it sees gps and gyroscope movement while I cycle and counts those as steps. Annoying as fuck.
 
Steps are too broad a method of measurement to matter for any serious fitness plan. Anything can be counted as steps, whether it be a fast run uphill or lethargic waddling in front of the fridge, even though they clearly represent entirely different levels of physical activity. What Amber is doing, stepping in place at low speed, barely lifting her feet, is the least demanding activity she could do. Those steps should at most be worth 1/4 of a normal step, which engages far more muscles and is much more demanding physically.

If she really wants to walk, she should walk outside. Find a spot, find how many steps it takes her to do one lap, then count the laps. She could count a few laps and take the average for more accuracy. For distance, just measure a distance of say 50 feet and count how many steps it takes her to walk the distance. Repeat and calculate the average number of steps for more accuracy. That way all you really need to count when you’re exercising is the laps. The math is easy and it’s way more accurate than any step counter.

If she did it my way, I’m sure her daily steps would plummet faster than she can say Chinese buffet.

This is how we can be sure 600 is an inevitability (if not already her reality). The fact that 700 is even a consideration says so much. Notice how the marker keeps moving? That's someone who is psychologically trying to distance herself from the worst case scenario. Nevermind that it passed her 200 lbs ago.

Yeah but she's carrying around 4x the weight normal people are. It's gotta feel like trying to walk with toddlers strapped to your legs.

Completely agree. The fact that she even considered 700lbs means she’s closer to it than she wants us to believe.

Supersize vs Superskinny is a show where they take one massive fatty and one skinny twig and swap their diets for like 3 days to show the other the effect their diet can cause to someone else and then give them a proper meal plan which has time and time again helped both achieve their goal of either losing or gaining and the show also used to have a side segment where they actively helped people with anorexia/bulimia get over their food fears and gain a proper healthy weight.

She could put a chair at the end of her driveway, a chair on the porch and walk back and forth in between the two chairs. Her skelly needs to rest that frequently. She can work up to more laps, further distance between chairs, or bolth.

That would actually be useful exercise. Shuffling in place is something, but just barely.

Amber's too stupid to process what she's watched. I wouldn't think too hard about it if I were you. She probably thinks the superskinnies are portrayed as having good diets because to Amber thin=well behaved. That's why when she eats what she's not supposed to she acts like she's a kid getting away with something.

She probably skips the part where they actually lose the weight and just focuses on all the pathetic parts at the start where they have to get their partners to wipe their fat folds and ass, and have to have their children pretty much be their servants because they literally cannot stand up. It's one of the only ways she can feel good about herself, by enjoying other people's misfortune.
 
She doesn't need to bother counting steps. She just needs to fit about 20 minutes of time into her busy schedule and remain as close to active as she can for the duration. Walking at whatever pace she can manage for 20 minutes a day would have immediate effect on her (presuming she did not eat more to compensate, which she probably would) If she saw results, and was breathing easier, she could try to go 22 minutes and a little faster.

If 20 minutes is beyond her, she can just walk for 5 minutes. But it has to be real walking, not stepping in place (even on her deathbed, she will try to game the system). She could then try to up it to 5 1/2 the next day. Even that would manifest in more noticeably more energy and better lung capacity in just a few days, and she wouldn't have to tax her mind so much keeping track of steps. She wouldn't have to keep upping it forever, either. If she could restore herself to the point of being able to take a brisk 20-minute walk daily, she'll start to feel like a human again.

She does this walking-in-place shtick for the camera only; I doubt it is anything she does daily. She's back to eating and lazing again no doubt; which is why after a spate of daily videos, she has gone mostly dark again.
 
After seeing her last couple of videos (bits of them) and just seeing her nonsense on social media, I don't think she has any intention of losing any more weight. I honestly don't think she ever did. She just wants her subs (on YT and in her grubby hands to shove down her gullet) - if she was truly worried about anything going on with her she would do something about it .. but hell, I love watching this trainwreck ...

I think she did want to lose weight, but before she hit the infamous 500lbs.
Someone mentioned it on the main thread (I think) a while ago, but she dreaded those 500lbs to the point of thinking that the world would end and she would drop dead, if she ever reached that weight. When it happened and she kept living and the world spinning (or whatever flat earthers believe), she got to the reasoning that maybe it wasn't so bad. No one died, after all, and now she knows that, if she even gained up to 600lbs, no one would die either (except her, but let's not bother Amby with that thought).
It's the reasoning kids usually use when they get a shitty report card or flunk a test: the world won't end, and I'll have another chance.
The problem with Amber is that she ignores completely that her "other chance" isn't for her to gain more weight, so she'll keep eating and think that she still has time to spare to get to a human weight.
 
If she can cram her upper body into a 2/3X from Target or Wommart she can fit into the winter coats sold on fatty sites like fullbeauty, they go up to like 6X, similar to Torrid but probably cheaper.
Torrid itself actually sells winter coats. This one goes up to a 6x and would likely work great for her, since it's so long.

They also sell hoodies of both the pullover and zip-up varieties. There's no excuse for her to use a nasty unwashed blanket.
