Let's be realistic. For a 500lb person is a good start, mini walks daily until she can move for longer periods of time and take proper walks.

She bought a new Fitbit she hardly ever wore, she said Becky would park far away from restaurants, and she'd walk up and down aisles in Walmart. She bragged about taking 8,000 steps per day. It didn't last long, so you might have missed it.
