Anyone can visit a patient in the hospital regardless of their relationship (friend, family member, spouse, etc.) even if they're in the ICU. The ICU limits how many people can be in the room at a time and visiting hours, and visits might be discouraged if the patient isn't doing well that day, but they won't kick you out for visiting someone unless the patient or the person making their medical decisions has specifically requested certain people to only be allowed in. It's kind of fucked up to stop someone like a girlfriend from visiting as long as they're being appropriate and not overstaying their welcome.

Yes, she'd be able to visit, but I'm fairly certain in the event of an emergency and Hambert was unresponsive that Becks wouldn't be able to make any medical decisions or even be given details of her condition unless she was previously listed on a HIPAA waiver. You know those things we all get the first time we see a new doctor? If it's something planned like a surgery, I imagine they'd have Becks and Hamber sign a release to let Becky at least be notified if not make decisions. Typically, it's only the next of kin that's allowed to do that and Becky doesn't have any legal standing as next of kin. That was a huge bone of contention in the argument for marriage equality. You'd have folks who had been together for decades not be able to make medical decisions for their partners. The marriage equality decision alleviated that.

I remember when she told Destiny she wanted to name her kids "Rarity Rose" for a girl and "Zayden" or "Riker" or "Etny" for a boy. I have no fucking clue how to spell those last two but she saw "Riker" in The Sims.

Destiny wanted "Emilia Rose" and Amber was like "you wouldn't let me name our kid my favorite name???"

She buys a lot of useless crap, eats at restaurants 1-3x daily, and impulse buys clothes even though she’s “losing weight,” while claiming she can’t afford insurance and bariatric surgery, which tells me she doesn’t know how to handle money.

At the same time, she owns a clown car with well over 100,000 miles, rather than buying a better car or truck (bc the Hyundai Accent sucks) with fewer miles - which she could pay for in cash with a couple of months’ worth of YT money if she made what she claimed.

Trust me, I'm well versed in what HIPAA is. The question was posed as to whether or not she could visit, not if she could make medical decisions. Returning to the original comment(s), you're right - Becky wouldn't be allowed to make medical decisions or ask about her health. That being said since Amber is technically estranged from her family, the next of kin rule kind of falls flat on its face too. Like others have said it's really in Amber's best interest to find and designate a POA that she can trust in the event that something happens to her because it's really only a matter of time. I'm not sure that I would sign those rights over to ol' Neckster only a year into the relationship if I was big AL, but we never claimed she was an intelligent human being.

Can you really name your kid Rarity? Is there regulations in the US about what you can name your child? Obviously not something like Cuntarella Tittybella but names after cartoon characters? Should I put more question marks?

Since of last year we can name our children with stylish new innovative names (EU), Sea Bear or Cucumber for example.

She finally updated her weights on her weight loss IG but no new "inspirational" posts there for awhile. I must have missed where she claimed to be 522.8 elbees. Not that it matters as she can't be trusted to tell the truth and she's been messing with her timeline in her videos.

You can name your kids whatever you want in America. Our celebrities are famous for naming their kids Pilot Inspektor, Moxie Crimefighter, and Moon Unit just to name a few.

Rarity Rose sounds like a porn name, maybe Amber is following a naming theme.

Rarity is totally fine. In the US we REALLY value freedom of speech + parental right to fuck up their kids so there are very few regulations on what you can name a child and trying to limit this shit will probably give rise to due process/first amendment challenges. The only limitations I know of is naming a kid with numbers/pictographs or using obscenities (like flat out naming your kid Fuck). There was a case a few years back that got some media attention where parents named all their kids after Hitler and that was legal so we got a p low bar here.

There were, in fact, 10 baby girls named Rarity in the US of A last year.

If you think that's bad, there were also 10 baby girls each who were named one of these: Rocky, Soul, Symphanie, Trany, Wells, Yoyo, Lyfe, Lyberty, Lamiracle, Jones, Heartly, Fairy, Eunique, Dusty, Delight, Czarina, Burke, and Brindle (among many other bad names). Murrica!
