So she was probably hanging out and keeping an eye on Destiny, not working. Like someone in the chat said last night, though, there's no way she was taking care of 50-60 patients even if she was on the clock. It's illegal for one person to be caring for that many patients. I checked the Florida ratios and by law at least 1 CNA or PCT is required for every 20 patients. At the most she'd have 20 patients on a good day, maybe 30 if where she was working pulled some shady shit.

That aside, I'm kind of confused. Wasn't she spotted wearing a hair net in several vlogs? Was she even a PCT or did she just work in the kitchen? Becoming a PCT requires a training program with an exam. I'm sure Destiny really did have this job, but do we believe Amber did?

As someone who worked in several nursing homes I can assure you, no one working there has time to vlog unless they work third shift, or their co-workers hate them for doing anything besides their job because it is stressful non-stop work. If she was working there's no way it was as a CNA; kitchen or laundry maybe.

There's no way AL could do that much for someone that's not her and not be a massive bitch the whole time.

I'm naive about YouTube earnings but I figured they were like you were a paid contractor. That the person receiving the money would have to either pay quarterly taxes or save up and pay in one chunk. YT doesn't seem like an employer where you get a W2 and they've done all the withholding for you. Going with my assumption, Amber doesn't strike me as a saver, even to pay in quarterly.

I don't for one second believe she has paid anything on her student loans.

Also, what doctor/therapist/hospital crap? She claims she just called a therapist. They don't charge for making an appointment. Her online correspondence with Dr. Musical is probably free. To be fair, I think the cost of bariatric surgery would be double what you quoted if not a little more since she'd definitely have to be hospitalized and would likely extend that stay a little longer due to her enormous size. That said, if she's clearing $10k a month or more like she claims then she would absolutely be able to afford the surgery out of pocket (or you know, buy insurance to cover the cost?). People have told her that there are financial plans to help people that need bariatric surgery but can't afford it which is probably the real reason why she won't get it but she won't listen.

Looked it up, without insurance in KY bariatric surgery averages $25,500 so you're right, I low-balled it for sure, but it still wouldn't take her years to save that up if she was teling the truth about her earnings.

We don't do funerals like you guys in the US, where average funerals run to several thousands and can be a terrible financial hit. Depending on how long she lasts - yes, people on MSHPL can go on forever, but they can also just drop down dead, and Doc N takes many of them into hospital right off the bat because they're right on the line - and whether, in the intervening time she's grown up a bit (yeah right) there won't be anything to squabble over except who gets the bill for the forklift and rebuilding the landlord's wall.
