These two go hand in hand. First, your dream weight doesn't have to be your realistic, goal weight. At 5'3", wouldn't a dream weight be like in the 110-120 range? She may not look like a monster any longer and won't break furniture but she will still be fat. Without skin surgery she will have a hanging stomach of flat, loose skin that is also a bish to hide.
We all know she will never see 199 until her body is decomposing in the ground. I would be surprised if she ever saw a weight that starts with a 3 again.
Wasn't she an obese child? I swear she said she was 420 lbs as a teenager. Just because no one ever explored the possibility that she had sleep apnea at 12 doesn't mean she couldn't have had it. Or that she can develop it over time. Like with her thoughts on being done with the dentist because she got teeth fixed when she was younger, she seems to think that her health doesn't shift while piling on pounds.
Diet's going well, I see.
