Amber never loved Destiny (or any person other than herself) in the first place. She might be feeling "down" because Destiny is moving, but she isn't sad about it. She's angry that she's losing control over Destiny.
She doesn't have girlfriends, in her head all her exes are her possessions.
The whole Destiny/florida thing could be a lie. We know Dana is EXTREMELY pissed off about how much AL uses Destiny, and her greeting at the cinema could've frozen the Pacific. Perhaps Destiny has finally broken free of her but she would never admit it.
I think whether she loves someone is very entangled with what they can do for her. She can't keep any friends and, outside the queens and Becky (who are a unit together independent of her) she has nobody. She's desperately trying to underline the connection between her and Destiny - that barfworthy display over the bear that Destiny NEVER "nearly bought her" - and I think, on some level, she sees Destiny as a fall-back. Besides, it reduces the car-pool available for those vital Walmart splurges.
I really think her ego had a hard time accepting that D left her. She was supposed to be the dominant one in the relationship and speddy old Destiny would never want to leave a prize like AL nor would she have the cunning or the balls to do so. And none of the Guantanamo-level manipulation worked, Destiny just left. The blow to her ego must have been enormous, so she seems to be almost rejecting it, rewriting the story so it's more palatable to her. And in that version, she could get Destiny back when D realises what she truly lost (er. A half ton whiny baby that has a screech like a buzzsaw and can't wipe its own arse. How could anyone resist?)
Then again I'm gouged on cough mixture and likely talking bollocks! It's just as likely to be she sees Destiny as a possession, as @Long time lurker said.
What better thing to do when one is sitting clutching a hot-water bottle, wrapped in a disgusting blankie and emitting toxic green sludge into the nest of hankies surrounding one? Until I can get on a bus and cough at people (don't need to ho anywhere, I just like turning a nice commuter bus-ride into a lottery with the Black Death for everybody else) I'm not going anywhere.

Al said "do you hate me?" Destiny said yes. Dana said "no, I'd tell you"....or at least, she did with her mouth. Everything else screamed "yes I hate you, and I wish you would take your great big fat screechy self the fuck out of my life, Destiny's life, and the life of our car's suspension, you gigantic Walrus of Doom."

In her new video, they were talking about Amber NOT being verbally abusive to Becky, and Becky goes, "You're not abusive, you just.." and she cut her off. She cut her off everytime Becky started to talk about what Amber does. The only time she didn't cut her off was when Becky talked about what she, herself does when she get upset. Pathetic.

Shes mad cause Dusty is going back to Florida and AL hates Kentucky. She is also mad that is one less sped to kart her ass around.
Edit: Al has always expressed how she loved Florida (probably because it had more malls and places to eat lez be real)
