In all honesty, in her condition, the best thing she could do is intermittent fasting. I know, I know, AL could NEVER, but if she would just stop eating at 8 PM and start eating at 12 PM the next day, the weight would literally fall off of her. Of course, she wouldn't be able to binge and should actually eat normal HUMAN portions in the period that you're allowed to eat so, no, nevermind. This would never work for her, but it really is the easiest way for someone her size considering she can't or won't work out.

I think she should. She said in the comments being mean to Becky was a one time thing and when making excuses not to go to the gym the place she wanted to go binge at was "only 2 minutes away" (McDonald's maybe?). But she says she blacks out and doesn't remember things during a binge- so how would she know it was a one time thing. Her exes have said she could be mean so I don't think it was a one time thing. I think if she seen herself acting the way she did it might be more of a wake up call. If other people try to film her during a binge though she might smack the phone out of their hands.

And she is admitting she was mean to Becky just to drive her just 2 minutes away. She couldn't walk the 10-15 minutes on her own. How embarrassing. People commented when she was doing all of those sit down videos if it was because she becoming immobile and I think those comments were right.

I wish she'd see the correlation between her own "blackouts" and the ones her parents had. But she's the last one to tolerate drugs, m'kay?
 
No one has ever lost weight without some form of calorie counting. (Except for someone who is quite ill.) AL, you're not special. What's the point of eating tube turkey and broccoli tots if you're going to eat 4,000-6,000 calories worth? Might as well just eat the bullshit you enjoy and bliss out with food. At least Becky would likely have some peace relative to what she has when AL is bullying to get McDonald's or whatever.
