I had a feeling that was going to happen. Small towns in Kentucky seem like the last place someone would want to be if they were going to diet. Probably not a huge market for anything but Jesus and booze there.Uh-oh

My bet is that the fitbit, as well as some of the other stuff she bought to begin her new weight loss "journey" is back on some shelf at Walmart. She's currently live ignoring questions about her fitbit.
*edit: She finally addressed it and said the box told her not to wear it every day, because it will cause rashes. But don't worry, she is still doing her workouts!
Hope someone recaps this. I had to turn it off.
Both.Clickbait or gained weight?

Realistically? Both.

That thumbnail is fucking atrocious, she looks teary-eyed but still tryna look cute.
I wonder if there's any proof behind this accusation and even more to the point, what could they possibly be saying that qualifies as bullying or harassment? We used to get prank calls at my old job all the time and I'd just hang up/decline calls if I saw the same number pop up.

There's a Y in Somerset, KY which is around 30 mins from her (yay, road trip!). There is, however, a Curves in Monticello which would be right up her demographic's alley. There's also a mom and pop gym/fitness center that might offer some classes. Looking at the Google Maps "nearby" was fucking depressing. Maybe one of the dozen+ churches offers old people fitness classes.
She'd never take a class because she already knows everything and no one can teach her anything she doesn't already know. She'd rather make Becky drive her 45 min. to the gym and back. Could it be that the gym is near the Cheesecake factory and the Target?Around here you can find very light exercise classes at the library - where they do chair exercises, stand in place exercises, etc. Mostly old folks go, but it would be a great start for Amber, and would get her out of the house to meet people. And she would probably feel like the king of the castle if she were exercising around 70 year old's. Just sayin.
I used to get rashes from water staying trapped under the band after washing my hands. I switched to a stainless steel band that has venting on it and have never had a problem again. She's just making excuses. The FitBit can cause irritation if you don't wash it, and Amber showers maybe twice a week. Like @LongtimeLurker said above, she doesn't even have a rash, she's trying to prevent rashes. Rashes can be prevented by cleaning the damn thing.
I think she took it off because it was confronting her with the reality of her health and eating tbh
I don't think Amber had this problem. I doubt she's well acquainted with water+soap.I used to get rashes from water staying trapped under the band after washing my hands.
