It is entirely possible for her to lose that much in a short amount of time because of a stomach bug. As stated many times before, when you are a person at 500-Ibs it is not hard at all to lose a shit ton of pounds in so little time...because it is all water weight (and usual lack of eating and toilet business when you are sick).

Once the pounds are off and she at least restricts herself from over eating, she can absolutely keep them off but it doesn't mean the 8-Ibs lose is going to be happening every week.

Anyone catch that kiss she avoided from Becky in her new video? When Becky questioned her, she said she turned her head away because her lips were sore after having accidentally bit them. Just like with all the others, the honeymoon is over and the facade is slowly disappearing.
 
You can only pretend to be into to someone that disgusts you for so long. Poor Becky gave up so much for AL too. Health, dignity, her job. Such a shame she didn’t head the warnings of so many and learn from those who fell before her. I guess she only has herself to blame in the end. And there will be an end.
 
Ya’ll, am I really gullible or what, because I could see this somehow working out for our gorl. I’m impressed that she has actually lost a fair amount of weight in a week, and see potential for her weightloss. The fact that her morbid obesity gives her slim pickin’s in KY, along with her unemployment and bleak future could, dare I say, be strong enough motivation?

All those things (plus, you know, barrelling down the fast lane toward her death) havn't been enough the past 15 times she's started these "lifestyle changes", so I doubt it.

You're really gullible, but it's cool. We all root for the underdog on occasion. She's not changing anything except the date on the calendar. If she had that sort of motivation or will, then she wouldn't be where she is now. She's still wanting ass pats for breathing.

Well. I mean I think he's right. She has fucked herself and I really do think the only thing that might (big might) save her is gastric surgery. The big might is because I don't know how compliant she'd ever be. Realistically, I think I can -- as a almost year old AL viewer -- say that she won't be compliant with surgery and will maybe lose a little bit but not what she needs to. It might be that she gets WLS and loses an initial 50 or 60(or more) and gets fucking inspired but of what I know of her, I can't see it.

Good for this dude though for losing his own weight.

I imagine with WLS she would try to squeeze maximum sympathy from getting sick all the time, from the inevitable over-stuffing of her new dainty stomach pouch.
