I wouldn't really even say it was/will ever be real, which isn't to say what she does to people and the effects on their life (if at all) are not real. She is a completely fake person on a scripted show sure, but what is the difference between this and her videos?

Most of the effects of what Amber does are the result of a fake and deluded attitude towards her own life. Hopefully, this amplifies it significantly.
