Civil Law is all about money on the fundamental level, it basically revolves around the Tort by the Tortfeasor/Defendant doing some kind of damage to the Complainant/Plaintiff, which is usually (although not always) financial damage with a financial award as the Ruling
Punishment for the mere fact that an Act that is statutorily forbidden was committed, or attempted to be committed, whether it does any actual harm or not is really in the wheelhouse of Criminal Law

In defamation specifically there's reputational harm but generally that is recoverable based on the financial cost to the Complainant as special Damages. These are Damages you can quantify and prove with a specific value. The quantifiable cost of lost Contracts or lost Wages from a lost Job due to the malicious/knowingly false(or so potentially harmful the old civil law standby of the ,reasonable person' would not make them without absolutely knowing if they were true or not) Statements which is the most common kind of successfully recoverable defamation case.
There's a very limited scope of Statements that qualify as defamation per se, These are the kind of Statements made that are so egregious and so potentially damaging by their very nature that you can still make a claim without needing to prove specific, quantified Damages. You can be awarded general Damages(non economic, not necessarily countable but still provable Damages like the, commonly misclaimed, ,pain and suffering'), and/or recover a statutorily set amount for defamation per se, and/or an amount set by judicial discretion (usually based on past similar Rulings in common law based systems, which includes the US).
Civillaw is all about making the victim of the Tort whole again,

and that usually means some monetary value most commonly based on quantifiable losses which are special Damages, less commonly general Damages. There's also options for statutory Awards which are amounts built into the Civilcode as a penalty on the Tortfeasor, for example certain copyright cases involved both the specific calculated special Damages award based on the cost/potential lost sales of the infringing, plus a statutorily defined amount under the US Civil Code 17 §504. There's also the rare, judicially decided exemplary/punative Damages when the cause of the Tort is just egregious beyond the tolerance of ,reasonable'(there's that word again) Society. Behaviour that is just truly, truly outrageous and not in a fun 80s glitter pop rock cartoon band way.

It's true that remedies like Replevin and Specifc Performance in which the Court can make an order compelling a specific action do exist; but the idea of Money being the remedy in making someone whole after a tort causing them harm is so fundamental to the US Civil law System that there's a concept known as ,,The American Rule''. The America Rule is that the monetary value of a thing is equal to the possession of that thing. Even if it's something like a tort of someone's negligence causing you to lose your beloved family Dog you adopted from a local shelter ten Years ago, making you whole in the civillaw sense would mean the replacement cost of a ten year old shelter Dog. Or if someone burned your dead Child's favourite stuffie you treasured since their passing, you would be considered being made whole by being awarded the market value of that used stuffed toy, regardless of the sentimental value. Now, remember if the behaviour is egregious and done knowningly, maliciously enough other damages due to needing mental healthcare, etc., or a punative award could come in to play; but at the most basic level your civil remedy would just be the replacement value of the object.

I believe the "spying" but I don't believe Keem is really ready to let his cashcow go. I think he is "banning" her for long enough for her to see what it is like outside the fold so she shapes up.
