The answer is she didn’t fall. Amberlynn looks like she has hemihyperplasia. One side of her body is at least 20% bigger than the other. She’s admitted one breast is several cup sizes larger than the other and it’s very noticeable. Even when she was 370lbs. she waddled and rocked with an uneven gait. I suspect one leg is a few inches shorter. As she’s aged, the asymmetry in her face is more noticeable. Her “fall” excuse was just to cover her embarrassment over being asked to get up, and someone pointing out how lopsided her face looks. She’s always done that, used fake injuries and illness to mask embarrassment and avoid tasks. Just like the hair color excuse for the Acanthosis nigricans on her neck and knuckles. Amberlynn uses her weight as an excuse for everything but will still deny that she needs an XXXL Uber or an ADA compliant apartment because that doesn’t fit her delusional dainty self image.

Edited to add: I can’t overstate how alarming her lymphedema is. Any oncologist would want her seen asap considering where her cancer was. Lymphedema can worsen when there’s reoccurrence with lymph involvement. She’s quick to explain away her excess fluid as just being “swollen” and “retaining water” but when the edema is unilateral, with no DVT at her size and history, I’d be testing for lymphoma. The problem is reading scans for patients her size is an order of magnitude more difficult when you’re trying to find a needle in a globulous haystack.

You should read the revised 2020 HUD guidelines on Assistance Animals. The requirements for the Recommendationletters changed. It can no longer be a Letter from a one time therapist visit, like the online letter mills, it needs to be from a qualified individual(therapist, doctor, psychologist, nurse, even social workers, depending on the relationship with the individual) someone actively treating someone. That means more than one visit, ongoing case management, and a new Letter can be requested roughly annually to ensure the letter is current from someone actively engaged in the care of the person requesting the Accomodation. (although if you ask one Tenant every year you run a risk not also asking every tenant; but if a new, incoming Tenant presents a Recommendationletter older than a year it's acceptable to ask for a newer letter). The letters also had to include more specificity on the link between the animal and the mitigation of the disability. Multiple assistance Animals was still not automatically unreasonable if space, safety, and hygeine allowed for them, but for example if requesting two Cats the letter had to specify what two Cats would do in terms of mitigation that simply one Cat would not.
So there was some tightening up by HUD in an attempt to combat one time only visit/evaluation letter mills supplying recommendation. However, I will mention that last year HUD advised it was withdrawing those guidelines, along with previous guidelines in favour of a more ,investigating cases after the discrimination occurs' based approach, versus the complaint and evaluation system which was more intermediary. I know it seems kinda counterintuitive but this has actually stregnthed the Landlords ability to deny ESA because in practice so far in the Months since the change it's become a climate of assume the accomodation for the ESA is unreasonable until proven reasonable versus the previous climate for the past ten Years where it very much was reasonable until proven unreasonable.

Also not to law sperg, but just to mention quickly one common Misunderstanding: the ADA does not apply to Assistance Animals in housing, in housing the controlling law is the Fair Housing Act. Under the FHA both service Dogs and emotional support Animals are considered in the same lump as ,, Assistance Animals". However, for a Dog performing a trained task clearly mitigating the effects of the disability on aspects of daily living, mobility, etc, no Recommendationletter is required. Otherwise the Letter from a qualifying practicioner can be requested before allowing the accomodation. The Letter can always be requested when the animal is not preforming a trained task, but rather just providing a sense of comfort, security, purpose, etc. This occasionally is an issue with non ,obvious' disabilities and tasks, as well.
So although ESA and Service Dogs are both technically equal in terms of potential reasonable accommodations in housing because they are both considered simply as Assitance Animals, in a way traditional service dogs, like a guide dog, are a little ,,more equal", shall we say.

Basically to sum it up:
Public access, temporary lodging like a hotel, public transportation like a city Bus, etc., are covered by the American with Disabilities Act, and only task trained Dogs(or Miniaturehorses under 34 inches at the shoulder, those are are the only allowed service animals under the ADA. Monkeys were booted out a long while ago) potential reasonable accommodations as service animals. No paperwork, no specific professional training or public access behaviour test required. If the Dog preforms one trained task to mitigate the symptoms of/effect on daily living of the Owner/Handler's disability they qualify. The Dog must preform at least one trained task. The Dog cannot behave dangerously, destructively, or excessively disruptively in public or it ceases to be a reasonable accommodation. In some places, such a Zoo, the accomodation may not be reasonable.

In housing the Fair Housing Act controls, and both service Dogs and ESA of various species, are potential reasonable accommodations as an Assitance Animal. The Animal may preform a task, or assist in mitigating symptoms of a diagnosed disability simply by being the Onwer''s companion. If there is no trained task, or obvious link between task and disability, a Recommendationletter is required to confirm the need for the accomodation. Assistance Animals can not be dangerous to others or building staff, or destructive of the property, including animals damaging flooring with piss/poo, etc.

I mean its no one's fault she is effectively dead as a cow now. She literally has a handler and her entire life and online presence is 100% manufactured (even more than what she was already doing) and now we will never be able to go back because we will never know what is real and what is kayfaybe. Again she is so much like Boogie were the same thing is happening to him and they both WILL lose all their income once lolcow is dead, and it WILL be dead even if it circles the drain a little bit longer. I don’t know if anyone has brought up Fupa’s previous involvement with gorlworld, but she’s a new channel that just popped up to cover Rev & Shanny’s (shanny4christ) last big split. She did to Rev & Shanny what Rachel did to Amber & Emily. I think it was suggested that Fupa catfished Rev into a psychosis, the story is on Shanny’s thread if anyone is interested.

Amber’s relevance is on life support. Even if she gets remonetized, she’ll never see 2021 kind of pay again. Even reaction channels can’t stomach watching a whole LCU show, so they’re all reacting to the same ApaFax clips. I’m pretty sure Shanny was sacrificed to the harvest so this cow better start milking.

As a longtime shanny and Rev hater: fupa didn't do shit to rev. He's always been like that.

On topic: I just hate how these streams are the same thing over, and over, and over. She won't go to fat camp, so it's useless to keep her on.
