It wouldn't even get to trial. Before a civil suit even reaches the trial stage there is a lot of discovery. Discovery is basically a pool of evidence used by both the prosecution and defense. Generally if there isn't enough evidence in discovery in favor of the plaintiff, the defense will ask for a dismissal from the judge (or a motion for summary judgement, leaving it in the judges hands). This case in my opinion is dead on arrival.

Amber streams everything though and often shows off her purchases. Becky's case would still be a weak one, but Amber's documented rampant spending in this time sounds like it should have enough evidence that the judge wouldn't be able to dismiss it outright.
