I don't think it was 100% confirmed to be Amber, but it was definitely thought to be Emily because the person used Oak/another tree sounding alias like Emily has done in the past.

They also deleted the post or even their whole Tumblr blog shortly after it was posted here, adding fuel to that speculation.

Sucks your scraper got bricked. Would’ve been interesting to see December vs January (and beyond). Especially since she’s still convinced that she will be fine after February despite doing nothing besides DFE. Also wonder if she will be more active in January or not, because she has that many of her eggs in that basket. Her foresight for emergencies is as absent as her ability to self control.
 
Big flash to the past but I have snowflake in the backround while I wrap presents, and I forgot about how sweet and funny Krystal's grandmother was. I genuinely think Big Al loved her and it was her first positive female influence. It is honestly kind of sad she lost that but she was terrible to krystal and using her family so that had to end. I hope they are having a good christmas though,

It's understandable to get upset with cows when they're making money, especially if the purse strings are tight as they often are around the holidays. One thing I started to do years ago when I found myself getting butthurt was asking the question: would you change places with them to get what you're jealous of?

Now bear in mind you don't get to be @DSP's Tax Lawyer making $10k a month on cameo. You aren't even your brain inhabiting Hamber's grotesque body. You would have to be her. She's earns that $10k a month by be a profoundly gross and mentally ill person. Would you exchange your life for any cow's? The only ones I'd ever consider would be the mega-rich celebrity cows and even then I don't think I'd take the deal.
 
Whether she got paid 1k, 10k or 100k, it would all get blown on food, choosies, gambling and too-small Torrid clothes. She'll never have a thing to show for it. She's never even bought jewelry with a resale value higher than 5 bucks.

The finances of our highest earning lolcows are fascinating because their spending decisions are hilariously stupid. Other than Anna, none of them will ever do anything smart with their money. Money comes in and out like waves at the beach...until they get demonetized anyway.

Luckily, they spend a lot of it in ways that help low wage workers in their local economy like door dash drivers and candle store workers. If you're tempted to get frustrated about their utter wastefulness as consooomers, think about the bingo hall Amber supports. She doesn't really mean to help them, but she does.

Ok so I am not MATI that she is making that money because I know its all going to doordash and her eating herself to death. I get MATI because I would be sending at least half of that every month into basic ETF investments that would let me retire in 5-10 years and never have to work again

I think they do not see this income as “earning” as from a job, but as gain from a lottery. Most YouTubers who live off YouTube consider it a creative business and try to keep it fresh and relevant. I am sure they follow the rules of the platform to the letter. They produce high quality contents.

Most lolcows consider it as winning the lottery every month. Why bother in providing better content when the minimum effort will do. Amber, Chantal and the rest of them are only there because they are fat, nothing else. They would be on benefits if there was no YouTube, and I think YouTube wants that content removed by adding restrictions.

I think most lolcows are part of an active feeder community. All the cameos from Amber are likely from that group. I would not be surprised if Chantal get some of her income from them too.

This would require planning, long term planning. All lolcows have issues with impulse control. Planning is not in their wheelhouse. Otherwise they would not be lolcow.
