Controlling diabetes would require her to make actual permanent lifestyle changes, and right now she's not capable of sticking to any changes for more than a couple days.

I don't think she even buys new clothes anymore, she just keeps stretching out the old ones she has. She probably is past a 6x for sure. I knew someone who was morbidly obese at 335 pounds and she wore a 3x. Big AL's like 200 pounds more than that so no way she's wearing a 3x.

She has been busy with chokers and home decor, priorities gorl. What do you expect from someone who choses to be laughed from all youtube because of her bra or that went out and to work for days with a giant hole in her pants also filming videos. She just prefers to spend a lot of money in 2 dollar pieces of what she finds fun at that moment.
She's not 3x for sure, I type on google 3x clothes/3x model it shows people overweight on the curvy side she's just a giant ball. I think depending on the clothes and most of the things she wears(kimonos,cardigans,big tshirts) are that type of clothes that should wear lose and they're all stretch fabrics so she manages to still fit in them although they don't wear properly on her. The upper body clothes she wears never cover her giant ass nor can she button them if she wanted to.

I'm not a doctor, but iirc both types of beetus can lead to unexplained weight loss, but I don't know how much. I checked http://www.diabetes.co.uk/symptoms/unexplained-weight-loss.html out of curiousity, and they say you should consult a doctor if you involuntarily lose 10 lbs/5% of your body weight in a year or less. I'm pretty sure Big AL takes shits that weigh more than that, so I don't think anyone would notice or be alarmed. AL would probably be thrilled and think her Texas Roadhouse Diet is finally working. Maybe that's why she's been bragging on Twitter about losing weight.
