Defamation/Libel would be saying something that is knowingly not true. So Amber not showing any proof and having all this proof against her with Rarity does not get close to that case. Harassment doesn't occur because Amber actively posts on social media. Nobody is going to her house and chanting outside how she is a cat murderer and an abuser. She is doing the classic lolcow thing where ripping on her is a crime because her feelings are hurt.

So on the live where she's yapping about how Emily fake the nailmarks and hurt herself, I'm assuming Amber is talking about this deleted image because she's trying to make Emily look like she deleted evidence. (which is suspicious, but the images she claims unless it's a new one is not proof she faked it.)

She says the one where Emily is in a maroon shirt on the picture is fake, because it has nail marks hours after it was sent at 9:15pm. However, according to the above screenshot, it was originally taken at 4:15am. Meaning, nail marks wouldn't be unusual to still have been imprinted on emily, because it was originally taken hours earlier.

So Amber is just boldly lying again. And she did ASMR with her nails, so they were definitely long enough to leave a mark anyhow.

The funniest part would be her starting a lolsuit against reaction channels alongside her lolsuit against Tammy. She would definitely lose both and having the reaction channels move to discovery would be hilarious. One of the best parts of that discovery would be opening her bank account and her youtube earnings over the past 10 years to prove if the damages were actually what she says they were. Could you imagine having reaction channels break down her finances after she takes her break from Youtube after losing the lolsuit?
