Like that guy who would camp himself outside of Amber's last Kentucky apartment just to get shitty blurry shots of Jade (not even good ones), all the reporting to YouTube campaigns they do, all the DMing Amber's mom and exes they admit to.

Going to a semi-local courthouse and seeing a court case that's more than likely going to be open to the public isn't bad imho, as long as he doesn't go out of his way to interact with her

Much like Amberlynn, everyone thinks they're the main character lol. It's actually kinda disturbing how common that mentality has become.

Also since Lol cows have become more "mainstream", if there's nothing crazy going on, the new observers think it's stupid and a waste of time. Hence what happened with KingCobraJFS (rip) and Daniel Larson, etc.

They don't understand that good lol cows self-destruct without outside intervention and you should just to casually watch nature take its course. Crazy shit will happen in due time.
 
What do you think about aunt Tammie's comment on how Jade was the only one who tried to help big Al? I saw that coming up a lot during the Jade era and I thought it might have just been performative on both their parts but maybe she really did think they could have had a normal relationship? (Somewhat? Obviously Jade was grifting as well)
 
Here are some of my court hearing predictions:
-will take place in an actual courthouse, notwithstanding Porky's want to be on zoom
-Porky blames her behavior on her beepeedee and mentals
-fast food after the hearing
-the mom is on Porky's side
-Tammie brings up shit from decades ago
-Victimlynn full form
-Lots of lies from both sides
-Porky accidentally overshares too much and ends up deeper in the mud
-Tommy or an ex girlfriend comes around
-Hecticana's before and after pictures of Porky outside the courthouse, also, story time about how the hearing went
-Both, Porky and Tammie, go live less than a day after the hearing
-despite this, Porky will still not wake up and change her behavior
We'll see soon what will actually happen, until then, we hope and pray.

Let me add a couple:

-ALR barely fits through the courthouse metal detector
-She wears something inappropriate from Torrid, perhaps a mesh shirt or a dance club dress worn as a tunic
-Tammie makes the metal detector beep at least twice because she's too obnoxious to remove the keys and other metal objects from her body
-a large black woman baliff does a subtle double take when ALR hurples into the courtroom
- the judge looks like he wants to die while Tammie's sperging out
- he interrupts Tammie several times trying to make her get to the point, but she just keeps going
-then he gives up and silently does some paperwork while Tammie blabs on endlessly
-any spectators look highly entertained whereas they looked bored before ALR and Tammie arrived
- at least one person in the back of the courtroom audibly stifles a laugh
- ALR says nothing unless the judge directly asks her a question
- the judge finally explains that "hurt feelings" isn't a legit case in small claims court
- Tammie is visibly furious her case got dismissed
- ALR goes directly to a restaurant, probably Cheesecake Factory

Well, Tammy (Tammie? OK.) probably says that bc Jade is the only girlfriend she met/ spoke with. But that said, I absolutely think Jade was the most normal, smartest, most grounded and best (as in quality person) girlfriend Amber has had. And she knew when and how to gtfo, definitively. I got the impression that Jade, though obviously enamored with Amber, had a better sense of self - and self-preservation - than the others.
 
I don't buy for one second that Tammy didn't want to take this to higher civil Court for any reason other than that civil court process is a bitch to navigate for the Layperson, and therefore most people will need a lawyer's guidance. Small claims is meant to be self-navigable by everyone.

Even in defamation per se, where you don't need to prove you have special damages (actual quantifiable out of pocket loss), most people drastically over-value their general damages without a Lawyer who knows the local court giving them advice.

Just to reiterate regarding her odd venue choice(I believe it may have been posted, but it bears repeating):

1. recovery of money based on contract or tort, including subrogation claims
2. actions to replevy personal property
3. action in the nature of interpleader as provided in Section 2022
4. The above list is not exhaustive but does contain most of the common claims. The following claims MAY NOT be filed in small claims court: libel, slander, professional malpractice, assigned claims, and punitive damages.

Emphasis mine. So I'd love to know what Tammy's actual plan is here. She certainly seem to be dealing with a major, potentially insurmountable, issue in terms of her case being heard in small claims. I can't imagine if it gets dismissed without prejudice with instructions to refile in higher court it would be worth the cost versus recovery for Tammy.

Also, since we're discussing the Law. The comments suggesting reactors should sue for the copyright strikes are really dumb. For one YouTube is allowed to be stricter than the law in their moderation of their site and what they feel is a violation. And secondly Fair Dealing/Use is an AFFIRMATIVE defense. In other words the content is only Fair Use in a legally meaningful sense when a court decides the defendant has proven it so as part of a ruling in a copyright suit. You can't declare your work Fair Use like Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy. It's a defense the Court determines. You can assume your work fits the criteria; but US IP law is intentionally written to allow subjectivity in judgments, it can be a slippery Beast. (Look at the the madness of the Cariou v Prince ruling and it's, thankfully, subsequent reversal in decisions of the past few years)
So trying to sue for tortious interference because you lost your YT Channel, or a monetized video was removed, based on a copyright claim being ,false'/malicious, versus simply an appeal for YT to review is going to be a serious legal challenge. Not least of all because YT is a private Sandbox with their own guidelines that may be stricter than the federal law, and you have no guaranteed right to play in it, and therefore earn money by it. They reviewed and agreed with complaint if they removed the material.

I think a claim by any Reactor would be a legal long shot.

I don't have high hopes about this case and just like Amber Tammy is just greedy. Almost everyone has toxic family members and it's up to you whether you entertain them or not, Tammy's crazy ass should've just moved on not everything in life is meant to have answers and closure, quit putting yourself in a negative headspace watching Amber's videos and reaction channels it's like a teenager listening to depressing music to make themselves sad. Why is everyone in this family mentally stunted???


All and all I'll still watch for the funnies

Like, she has shown Tammy time after time her true colors. How can you bother to care so much for someone that does not give two fucks about themselves or anyone around them?

You can't have a meaningful relationship with someone like Amber. Amber does not reciprocate positively or go out of her way for anyone but herself. She does nothing out of love for others, only to make herself look good or benefit her. Maybe I am just a stone cold bitch when it comes down to dumb as fuck family members, and Tammy is too softhearted and stupid to know any better but to follow what she believes her heart wants instead of worrying about herself and her own shitshow she has going on between her and her own children. I would like Tammy to address why she was so hellbent on curating some kind of relationship with Amber.
 
Am very obviously not a lawyer but I do feel that Tammy has a bit of a case for something here. Not sure what exactly but calling someone a pedofile enabler in front of 250k plus subscribers on a global platform is a bit more problematic than a private family shit-flinging contest. Cable news has paid out millions for less.

Agree it’s probably the wrong court etc and it’ll end in disappointment but Amber owes her at least a public retraction and apology. I hope someone is giving Tammy good advice as this potentially could be the best fun we’ve had in years. Am actually looking forward to Amber’s return now, I wonder what will have happened by then?

Maybe she fucked so much the relationship with her children that she tried to make amend trying to be a good aunt for Amber. Maybe she felt a greater connection with her nephew than with her daughters, I don't know. Maybe being close with Amber was also a way to recuperate some kind of relationship between her and Kristine. I'm catching up with what's happening just now, so I'm probably wrong.

Adding something totally off topic: did anyone notice that she admitted to her aunt in the live that she has 'undiagnosed BPD'? Not that it comes as a surprise, we all know that she sHelf diagnoses, but it seems to me nobody caught that (but, again, I've been ignoring gorlworld for a while).

I have sympathy for Tammy about the deeply fucked up and sick family she has.

Even if your family is shit and they continually hurt and disappoint you, that's still your family and there's a weird desire to be part of it even if it is cancerous. It's how she grew up and she probably still finds it comforting or appealing, just on some biological level.

It's really difficult to go fully scorched earth/no contact with family for some people.

I can see that being the case with Tammy since she did fuck off for a long while since posting here. In those posts she did say she dropped her family before.

Maybe she was trying to keep the peace, especially since now Amber lives in proximity of her, Grandmalynn and Mamalynn.

She did always say that she thought Amber was a threat to Kristine's sobriety, how it concerned her how shitty Amber treats Kristine, her much of a bully Amber can be. We all know how horrible Amber can be and she's only gotten worse.

Edit: I will say I do have sympathy for Tammy, I still judge her cautiously. I'm sure money and a desire for comeuppance is still at play, but at the same time, I still think it was shitty what Amber said about her.
