There are some interesting benefits but the biggest one for her is probably the husband forced to pay taxes. I am guessing they aren't legally separated since they aren't divorced

Wouldn't surprise me if, in addition to everything else Tammy mentioned, that ALR stiffed her on 5 grand somehow.

Also, as improbable as these lawsuits seem just in terms of getting filed I had a feeling we'd definitely see something concrete from Tammy only because ALR never even mentioned in her break announcement video the possibility that Tammy is just bullshitting and that she won't actually go through with it (which is what I would've been thinking in her place). I actually think ALR must've had some indication at least this lawsuit was coming.
