Unless Emily is a raging masochist, there's no way Porky is still with her. She's just trying to manipulate her minions for sympathy. Maybe it's a new girl. Feels bad about her partner looking at other women, but then she does it. It's kinda like the Beck-Destiny situation. Porky probably has a new girlfriend who she talked with while with Emily. Most possible situation after what Emily said. If not, she's less sad because she'll probably get food from mcD' or whatever grease she can find on door dash.

We've already done the math, amber. Can't easily fit in an Uber so she won't do it. Can't close the door all the way without help and/or won't buy a seat belt extender so the driver won't accept an unsafe fat rider. I also believe with her being about 5 feet around she cant get her spherical girth onto public transit.
Amber will always use her strength/stamina or any ability humanly possible as a plot point. She is a young adult novel protagonist so shes only as capable as the plot allows. Fast/slow. Whatever serves the narrative.

Sometimes she's better at ignoring them, but lately they send her into a rant, so they've been entertaining. $5 to make her rage so she can door dash more food to self soothe to rage again the next day seems less like losing. She really is like Chantal.
