There are reactors very capable of blurring a video. As others have suggested, not only that, they could post audio only.

Displaying someone's abusive behavior, while obscuring their nudity isnt illegal. I guess that Diddy-Cassie video should be revenge porn, in that case., since he was half naked in a towel.
