Yes, people can donate to Null for T&H to be given to someone whose posts they appreciate.

ETA: My T&H was also gifted about 1yr ago, along with lots of other members whose posts I appreciated. Many members make regular donations, and I appreciate they name certain members they’d like T&H. In your case, I suspect it’s because you watch and recap ALR’s videos, and in doing so, save so many of us having to watch her. You may never know, as I don’t, who gifted you your T&H, but that’s okay. Just take it as the compliment it is.
