Her face is formed in just the right way that makes that expression infinitely more unattractive than it would be on almost anyone else.And really, that's the expression you pull when you spill soda on the rug and need to get the stain out ASAP, not how you should look when you''re straddling the line between morbid obesity and super obesity.

I also can't get over how small her teeth look because of how fat her face is.
 
I didn't notice the first time, but when she does her weigh-in, it's clearly an old video. She has a cold sore on her weigh-in video, and she doesn't have a cold sore now. I think she had it roughly a month ago. People have also noted that she's not consistent with her timelines. A few vlogs ago she said she hasn't done a weigh-in since February and hasn't posted the video, but in this video she says she hasn't done a weigh-in since January. Caught in her lies, as usual.

She also refuses to film her feet because she hates the look of it and she doesn't wanna wear pants, yeah right. She had no problem filming her feet when she was living with Destiny's mom. I think it's because she's lifting one leg or doing something to skew the results. It would be easy to tell the haters off if she showed her feet on the scale and the number, but nope.

Oh another depressing thing. She celebrates "only" being 473lb. When you think about her last weigh-in, she was 474.3? (Or when she mentioned her weight last). That was two months ago, almost. In that time frame, she lost a whopping 1.3 lb. IN TWO MONTHS. She then goes on to say that as of now, she's not trying to lose weight. Uh, yeah... as if we didn't know that already.

For someone her size, if she just ate a decent diet and walked even just 30 minutes a day, she would lose so much weight. She's truly given up on life. I wonder if she has a humiliation fetish like Chase from 600goingon700 does. She revels in the negative attention.

I'm reading the YouTube comments right now. None of us believe this is real, but let's pretend it is. Let's pretend she lost a whole pound in 5 weeks.

Someone in the comments wrote: "I thought you were gonna lose 100 by the end of the year..."
Big Al's reply: "That would be about 8 pounds a month. So far I'm in the right direction."

How in the hell is 1 pound when she's "not even trying" (obviously) going in the right direction? Does she understand that there are only 12 months in a year? She has 9 months left to lose 99 pounds. LOL
 
AL's approach to weight loss reminds of me Pauline from 600Lb Life. Remember her? She had her 20-something son be her carer and even after getting surgery lost jack shit in the way of weight. But she would constantly cheer about how losing 2 pounds is still progress and would use a motorized wheelchair because walking hurt that much. A lot of the people on the show tend to be somewhat sympathetic, even for a bit, but Pauline was such a waste. In a follow up episode focusing on someone else Pauline was in, what looked like, some group therapy for gastric patients. Same old, same old. Still fatter than all the other post-ops and in the wheelchair.

AL and Pauline would probably hit it off.
 
A brief sperg about Big Al and the issue with her pants.
She won't wear them because she simply no longer fits into them, or maybe Destiny now refuses to be her caretaker and AL hasn't been able to wriggle into them on her own for some time now.
I'm not certain as to why she keeps bringing it up, attempting to seem quirky in the process of doing so like she does with frequently mentioning her makeup?
Her pants not fitting her is due to continuously gaining so much weight that nothing can be worn over her gigantass any longer, and she likely can't find her size even at Walmart.
If she hasn't gained weight then she would be wearing pants, but she knows that if she put on the only pair that fit her, the ripped ones, they would probably disintegrate. Maybe this already happened after she tried to treat her pants the same way she treats her filthy bras.

she is never going to lose weight with this mindset of hers. she lives in so so so much denial.. its true what someone said in the yt comments, she only will lose weight as soon as one of her limbs is lost because of the diabetes.
 
The weight she lost is probably her being dehydrated from not drinking enough fluids, since all she drinks is diet fucking soda. She lost nothing.
 
She's always talking about not wearing pants. When we do see her out and about, she's always wearing the same black yoga pants. My guess is that she can no longer put on pants and socks without help. Whoever drives her around (Dustin, Sharla, or Mary) is the one in charge of getting her dressed for the day.

I just quickly googled 'skirt size 6 XL' and all that popped up were dubious clothing sites and ebay, but they do exist. Accepting that skirts are your only lower clothing option is a sign of defeat, but it would cover her up while not choking her fat legs.

Put myself in her shoes for a second and the downsides I could see where she would either have to shave her legs consistently (I reeeeally dont see that happening) or she'd have to wear leggings/tights which would negate the reason to wear a skirt to begin with for her so it's not worth it without a carer to shave for her anymore.

and that weight is lost because the limb fell off and not because she finally realises the gravity of her situation, i dont think even that will be the impetus that makes her change her ways
 
I see plenty of morbidly obese women wearing long dresses and long skirts so that only ankles and feet show . Some wear socks and athletic shoes with less dressy options. Maybe a nice long dresses with a support undergarment. When I had knee surgery they gave me a "hip kit" that contained "helpers " for putting on pants, socks and shoes and evr elastic shoelaces so you could just slide your feet in. She needs to get creative about dressing herself, although narcs seem to be notoriously bad problem solvers.
 
I know she can't wipe her butt normally, but they make tools for that. She can have a shower chair in her tub so that she can bathe. No way can she reach her feet so if she needs her toenails cut, somebody has to do it for her. Fortunately, pedicures are easy to find.

Putting on pants...hmmm. I assumed she didn't have pants on because of some weird thing about not wanting to add ounces to the scale. It didn't occur to me that she's at the point she can't get them on at all. They do have those gripper sticks that disabled people can use to pick things up. I bet it would be possible, although difficult, to use a tool like that to get pants on. At least if she could reach to her knees, if not I don't think it'd work.

On My 600 lb Life people use these sticks and stuff to help them slide their shoes on. They always wear clogs, flip flops or backless shoes. Most of them have caregivers though, very few are alone. And the ones who are over 600 lbs often lounge around wearing just sheets.

I don't really understand why AL can't see that's her fate and just stop and get help if necessary. Now she's calling it "Binge Eating Disorder" because this generation medicalizes everything, but the only disorder is that she won't stop putting unhealthy garbage down her gullet.

I am weirdly interested in how people this big actually do things like get dressed, etc. Vlog that for me, AL.
 
All ALR wears every day is a different top, an over-sized cardigan, and the same black leggings. It's funny how she said in one of her recent vlogs: "I hate rewearing clothes" but wears the same pair of leggings every day. You'd think with the money she spends on buying those chokers, she'd buy different colors of the leggings (dark gray or dark green or dark brown) or at least something with a design so we could at least say she changes up her pants. Or maybe she could instead spend her money on changing that stupid bra of hers finally. But, sadly, no.

I remember that too. Oeople were complaining about the whole in her pants, so she finally bought enough so she could wear fresh ones every day.

She said.

Since she stopped working, she has been rewarding clothes a lot. Same top three days in a row, etc.

Yeah she bought new ones when everyone got tired of seeing the destroyed one every single time she uploaded. If she basically always wore that one pair, what's to stop her from wearing one pair of the 6 or 8 that she bought? IMO, I feel like she wears one down and it gets loose for more space, and once she can no longer wear it anymore, she moves on to the next one.
