Back in summer 2023 when Amber started doing this diet to get control of her weight (after she got kicked out of the weightloss surgery program but before Jade dumped her ass), people found the lady on TikTok who was pushing this diet. Any new quirky thing Amber shows on her channel, she picked up from TikTok. None of her thoughts are actually her own. Anyway, The lady was boasting that she lost a metric fuckton of weight just by eating like this and her TikToks were going viral. I can't remember where I saw it afterwards, but someone said that before the mustard diet, this same lady was pushing some other equally bizarre bullshit diet and had attributed that previous diet to her astounding weight loss. I think she had actually lost a good deal of weight, but it was through eating normal portions of healthier foods, and being more physically active - but that wouldn't cause fatties to watch your content, would it?

Also, the bulk of the lady's cottage cheese and mustard diet was fresh fruit and RAW vegetables. The cottage cheese was the vitamin and calcium rich lean protein, and the mustard was the low calorie flavour enhancer. It's not for vomit stirfrys of greasy undercooked onions and fatty processed pork sausage... all cooked on ultra-high heat to turn the gloops of olive oil added to the pan into scorched transfat. And then more olives on the side for yet more fat and salt.
tl;dr: The mustard and cottage cheese diet lady is just some low-level social media grifter who invented a couple of absurd diets so low IQ window lickers like Ambo would waste their time watching her content. Yet Ambo here seems to believe that mixing mustard and cottage cheese somehow unlocks the mystical awesomeness of the cheese curd or something, and that it magically causes weight loss.

(Plus, it doesn't matter because she's still ordering one takeout meal per day, which likely contains enough calories to maintain well over 500lbs... as well as enough sodium and transfats to kill a rhino).

Disclaimer: don't take diet/nutrition advice from me, as I'm just a 24th century gorl who gets all of her meals from a replicator.

It's like an evergreen. Granted the nails on her look AWFUL, she shouldn't be getting those God awful long square things.

The shade of green isn't good on her, either. The matte finish can look good for some colors but it's not my favorite.

Someone with fat stubby hands should opt for short to medium ROUND nails to keep harmony on the hand.

That nail shape looks so bad on her because it's not harmonious with the rest of her shape.

That green could look nice, personally I think something more neutral would work best on someone like Amber because she has diabetes patches on her hands. Therefore avoiding overly dark colors with no reflection may help with the overall look. Granted at that size, there isn't really helping :(

Holy fuck those are supposed to be loose fitting pjama pants thats crazy. I thought she was getting desperate to keep emily interested so she bought those yoga pants with the cutouts. I cant believe were at this point without another medical emergency/miricle.

Im still vaguely interested enough to watch reaction channels for her current weight but shes not telling us. I bet its aboit 550 or more and shes trying to stay around the 500s. She must be embarrassed that its gotten so bad so at least 550 maybe more than her "highest weight shes seen on the scale" 572.4? Shes so fucking stupid. If she continued eating through her ozempic she would still be at around 450 by now.
