"Animal abuse/neglect bad" I feel is one of the most ubiquitous sentiments baked into the human mindset. Doesn't really matter who you talk to on any ideological spectrum, if they have a somewhat sound mind, any sense about them, and a modicum of compassion, they will condemn such acts, to the point it would usually be a dealbreaker when it comes to relationships.

People brought up her treatment of Becky as an example, but even if Amber was beating and berating Becky (in zombie mode) in a vlog there'd be people arguing "well, it's Becky's choice to stay with her, so whatever🙄🙄🙄", meanwhile, people have already called animal seevices on Amber in the past, just for neglectful retarded care.

And if you would recall that time she left Twinkie, in pain, at home alone to go feed at a Mexican restaurant (or was it a Cheesecake Factory?) when there was a vet literally down the road, everyone, be it YouTube commentors, reaction channels, people on the farms or wherever, came down on her with furious comments, with her and Becky uselessly deflecting with shitty lies. If I was a forum member back in those days, believe you me I would have written a strongly worded rant post that would've boiled down to "Amber should rot in hell".

Tl;dr: There is no quicker way to draw people's ire than fucking with animals.

Fatty Fatterson most likely sent those messages to herself. How many times has she done this before? Made socks to be big ol' meanies to herself, made Becky record a fake answer phone message, sent* herself those weird emails from the weight loss clinic (or whatever the fuck). Even the wording of those messages is the way she speaks.

E - On the topic of ''but the poor exes, who cares about the animals hurrdurr''. The exes chose to be with Amber after seeing her online behaviour. They also all (apart from maybe Casey and Krystal) have there own documented nastiness splashed online. The animals were dragged into it and are fully helpless. There's a reason people get defensive over animals and not grown adults who can make their own informed decisions.

It amazes me how she still has so much support and how many “haydurs” are so forgiving and easy to forget the constant lies and manipulation. What makes Amber so forgiving or redeemable in that sense, because I don’t see it personally.
 
In her comments and even on Reddit. Implying she is actually sad about losing Rarity, that the hate has gone too far, mistakes happen to everyone and how it's just Haydurs looking for a reason to trash her. The support is there, it's not even hard to find.

That is the one constant with her, she will always have people who believe she is just a poor, abused girl who needs help but doesn't know how to get it. She's just human, everyone. That's why reddit, no matter how many times they make a new community, will always be the worst. These idiots really envy her and so they can't come down too hard on her. Eh, while I wouldn't put it past Amber to have this "Rarity is missing" saga orchestrated to make Emily look good (and Rarity is still very much alive) and deflect from the DV accusations, the harsh reality is that Rarity is legit missing and she's taking an entire week to hope the furor over her gross incompetence and negligence that led to this -such as no microchip and/or no collar with ID tags- will die down and she can go back to making the same banal content she's known for.

When Amber comes back I predict she'll proclaim that Rarity is dead (she might as well be by now) and conveniently, Emily will have gotten her a new cat to "help heal" from the loss of Rarity as a "Christmas present". Which if a "Christmas cat" does happen, you just know that's going to lead to an even bigger backlash for a variety of reasons, but the timing of this does make this a plausible ending.
