They always have to go to the extreme. I remember when people were condemning ALR buying lots of presents for Dusty (which yeah, it was excessive I get that to a certain extent) and the general response was:

Beggy ending up with BPD hayder makes sense when you think about it. Her fiancé probably developed some sort of par asocial relationship with Amber and Beggy. She may even think getting with Beggy is a way for her to "stick it" to Amber. Of course Beggy is the literal definition of water (going towards the path of least resistance) and would fall in love with anyone giving her sorry ass attention.

Now the question is how much did Beggy know before the farms? My opinion is that Beggy knew of most if not all of her fiancé's past "issues." I don't think Beggy cares. Oh yeah, that negative energy can be devestating... OR, you know, it could have to do with the tiny little details that she was 55 (turning 56 this September), overweight/medically obese (she discussed her battle with food addiction and how looking up information about it on YouTube led to Amber's videos appearing in her feed), a smoker, and under tremendous stress. There may also have been a genetic factor at play, because it sounds like her sister may have also died suddenly of a heart attack earlier this month - possibly even a few days before Sabine. And I believe that Merc (the Narc Alert) is in her early 60s. No matter how healthy you are, once you pass 60, anything can potentially happen IRT developing medical problems.

Heart attacks are much more common for women in this age group than what people think, due to the atypical way that most women present. Men usually get the "classic" symptoms - jaw/shoulder pain, "crushing" chest pain, etc. Women often feel "unwell" - like they're coming down with a flu or something. There have been many cases of hospital staff not being on their game and sending a woman home with these symptoms, for the woman to later die of a massive MI. ECGs/EKGs (3, 12, or 15 lead) detect abnormalities with the electrical system of the heart, which aren't always present with an MI - until the person is circling the drain. Although sometimes on the EKG you can see an elevated ST interval - nicknamed "tombstones" due to the squiggly line looking like a tombstone, as well as the fact that this is very serious sign - but many times the ST inverval looks completely normal in all leads.

Anyway, checking the pulse or blood pressure does nothing to detect a MI, either.
