I actually enjoyed Sabine for the most part, she was one of the harsher reactors out there but it is pretty ironic she died from a heart attack. RIP anyway.

I'm sorry but would any attorney worth their salt even bother taking Becky's ''case'' seriously? How would you even calculate what she's owed from a livestream? By the percentage of time she was onscreen? By how many viewers addressed her specifically?

Someone more knowledgeable of the law enlighten me because this seems like dramatic bullshit.

An attorney would be better off trying for a case of slander or libel committed by Fat Albert. Yeah, the big toe wasn't working a job or looking for one, but it could say that was because Fat Albert gave it too many mentulzz and depresshunzz to do so.

A few questions for American legal wonk.

1. If someone sues Amber for Becky's past salaries, I assume that Amber would have to provide proof of income such as her income tax forms. Would this be available to be seen, or would they stay private?

2. Would there be a jury, and will the trial be broadcasted?

3. If Becky brings the grey bra as exhibit, would the defence tell the jury that "if the bra does not fit, you must acquit..."

No sane lawyer will cover that case being truthful. But if they decide to do it, a judge will have to decide if the beast owes neck money based on their verbal contract that is documented on camera and possibly hambers approximate earnings from said livestreams. No jury required for such goofy case.
 
I don't know, man. Retards were projectile vomiting superchats at them during the Stream Queens era. Amber did say during more than one, that Necky would be given half of every stream they did. In another one, she stated Necky needed to pay for her part of the Netflix bill, and she would be deducting it from the superchats.

Absolutely greedy, bitter, pig cunt behavior. But who knows what the statute of limitations is on something like that.
 
Even if Becky got a hillbilly lawyer to realize that she might have a legit case against Fat Amber, Becky will be too lazy to pursue anything, or Amber will call up and threaten her, and Becky will back down.

There will be no karma via lawsuit for Amber, and no entertainment for us, sadly.

Amber is gonna pull another "I cant find my sympathy bone" situation type deal comment, like after Narc Alert had her heart attack and survived. Amber will only see Sabine's death as, "well, another person not talking about me anymore."

It's just weird how reaction channel owners in Gorlworld are having heart attacks. Will there be another? Only time will tell. I am a supernatural gorly. There's always energy at play. Good and bad. Covering Amber may be a bad omen over time.
 
Kentucky is not a common law or palimony state. If you live together, you are classified as roommates or friends with no legal rights to the other's income or benefits.) Even if Becky had proof that Amber didn't pay her for the live streams; if Amber could prove she paid all the bills (i.e. rent, Becky's car, insurance, Becky's phone, food, etc.) during their time together could cancel out all payments owed during the live streams. Unless Becky could prove it was all a gift. It could end up badly for Becky with her owing Amber for the total payment of their time together.
 
Does something said on an “entertainment” show constitute a contract? FatAl could just say it was part of a script. Thumb was compensated, as stated above, just not with cash, and has made no mention of her missing payments til now.
