guessing the tommy name is a nickname like “valentine” from amberlynn as tommy/oak/willow/emily hashtags her insta pics with #tomboy and seems to be all about that aesthetic. sorry if that observation is late but i don’t think the name has any relevance beyond that.

eta: maybe that means amber really didn’t know the extent of tommy’s bullshit online, as it could have been an attempt to keep her somewhat anonymous? idk. i feel like amber knew she had a dead fat partner but didn’t realize she was posting fatty ding dong slop on feeder sites with her.

Does Amber have a Feabie account that has flown under the radar? Tommy is obviously very active there and there’s no way Amber didn’t cyberstalk this woman. You have to have an account to even view profile pictures as far as I can tell.
A very morbid part of me wonders if Amber has accepted that the crushing weight of her own fat will kill her in a couple of years so might as well find a community that “appreciates” her for her remaining time on this Earth rather than dumping hundreds of dollars a month in to an Ozempic knockoff that she will inevitably quit anyway. Might as well spend it on Cheesecake Factory and sugary drinks with her troo lurve!

I’m betting she will upload a 8 minute long vlog in 7-10 days time, not mention any of the drama and give us absolute nothing content of organising her earring collection and showing us her legos for a month or so until she does a weigh in or starts a new diet or something. She’ll ignore any mention of Tommy or girlfriend before slowly reintroducing us to her as someone new or revealing they broke up.
 
Now that Amber has been informed of who and what "Tommy" is, the ball is in her court as to whether she goes forward with this relationship.

This is absolutely not correct. I think you are confusing RN with APRN or NP. APRNs can prescribe. Regular RNs cannot

Nah, registered nurse is just a standard nurse but I don't think she's a nurse at all.

And here is why

Tommy has a child and wife some would call this living a double life
