I don't like or dislike Sam, or any of the other gorlworld grifters for that matter. But like all the others, they are gorlworld grifters (and lolcows) and therefore deserve to have their input treated with a little bit of scrutiny. I just prefer to see information from the source rather than just relying on someone's retelling of it. Just like I also prefer to follow the links rather than only reading the snippets posted. You know, "trust, but verify?" Not sure why that's goofy and immature, particularity when talking about legal matters. If she has the documents, I hope that she posts them on her community page.

EDITED TO ADD: Haven't watched the livesteam yet, but quickly scanned through and looks like she's posted screenshots of the report. Cool!

I’ve found other cases in Oklahoma with the same group of violated statutes as found in Kristine’s 2010 charge, and none of them mention an animal either. Makes me wonder if the 649.3 part refers to something other than abuse/harm/interference with a service animal when it’s combined with the 641-644 and 650.1-650.10 statutes. I don’t know why it would because that’s confusing, but it’s also confusing that animals aren’t mentioned anywhere else in the charge(s) in any of these cases except for “649.3”. The image with red text is Kristine’s.

I wonder if the grandmother was just fed up with her shit spawn and call the cops and overstate the nature of the attack just get away from her.

Could the service dog part just being another layer to the story the mother added when she called the cops? Saying something like she attacked me and my dog probably would have been enough to get the additional charge.

Also this when Amber was 18. Was she living in Arizona by then? I could see why she didn't want to go back to OK and guilt tripped Casey's mom in to letting her stay.

That Sam YouTuber said the clerk of court said that the mention of that statute might have been a typo and there was no mention of a dog. Maybe true, might not be. I'll know soon.

According to the probable cause affadavit, there is no dog mentioned anywhere. 130lbs GrannyLynn had recently had a stroke, and the dainty 180lb methhead laid waste to her.

It's quite interesting to see all of this and know that they deemed AMBER to be more toxic to be around than the Granny-Grappler. did she show the affadavit? Just curious. Anyway if the dog story was wrong it's not some YouTuber or the farms fault. It's the fault of whoever is at the court's office typing incorrect statutes to assault cases. It's their fault. Folks were just quoting what was on the court info online

I have the feeling the grandmother never kicked Amber out and Amber just lied about that to get sympathy from Casey and her mom.

Think about it : You are Amber. You are fat lazy piece of shit that aged out the foster system. The only "family" you have is your drug addicted mom, her cunt sister who blames you for your mother's drug issues, and a grandmother who either had or is along the way to having a stroke.

I don't blame her wanting to get out. It makes sense Amber lied and threw her family under the bus. I would too if the Reid's were my parents.
 
I do not need to know whether or not meth-mommy beat a dog to know she is a POS. And I couldn''t care less whether she did it or not. This is the person who gave Hamber half her genes. My empathy for any member of the Reid family is minimal if not non-existent. And I sure as hell do not care about some random dog that may or may not have gotten beaten at some point in the past in some place I'll never go. I was a mere babe / lurker when there were multiple amberlynn threads. Even in my ignorance and naivete, I sometimes wish there was still a separate thread just for the cancer debate.
 
Well it's a moot point now since Shamrocks did show the docs in her video but I got my copies of the parts of the court documents I requested today. Still waiting on the snail mail police report but by the time that comes in the next drama will be here. Reading the court docs for myself, I think Amber should have never addressed the dog thing at all because the truth is worst - to me anyway. The grandmother was in "decrepit health" and recently had a triple bypass heart surgery. Idk - to me beating up someone in that condition who also happens to be your own mom... is terrible !!! Anyway, I'm happy mamalynn turned it around though. She must have been hell on wheels back then:

Size reference between Mamalynn(left) and MeemawLynn(middle) around the 3 year anniversary of beating grandma up, which is coincidentally TamTam's birthday too. ALR really does resemble methmama. Seems like she only served 2ish months + an 8 month rehab program when you look at the records and what's been said.
