She's said before it's because she really wanted LEGOs as a child, but couldn't because she was poor and what little money they had either went to meth, lottery tickets, or fast food for Amber's bottomless tummy. If I were to guess the real reason, it's probably because her audience has reacted a little more positively to LEGO collecting and kit construction (as a fair number of adults indulge in this hobby). It's also something that doesn't require discipline over several days to maintain, such as diamond painting or bullet journaling does. She's tried to show off MANY other hobbies/collections (many childish), all of which crashed and burned: Happy planners, scrapbooking, stickers, diamond painting, journaling, makers/pens, Shopkins, Mini-brands toys and food, etc. Amber even tried one time to buy a large lot of Pokemon cards and mention it on her channel, but no one cared.

Amber says that she likes the layout of this empty unit more. She says that she didn't care about layout when she chose her unit, but chose it so she would have the NUMBER she wanted. You know, nothing at all to do with that number being for an ACCESSIBILITY UNIT.

Big-brain 145IQ Amber almost fucks up the new appliances by confusing the dryer with the washer. Then Amber couldn't figure out how to close the door. Amber blames her less than stellar experiences with Samsung appliances on Samsung and not her retardation. In reality, this is just a fake story line to pad the video to get to her 12 minute goal [SKIP]

JUMPCUT!! In the kitchen with a counter full of cauliflower, pickles, and mayonaise. Oh, and a giant pot full of eggs to be boiled. Amber says her mom is making this dish for their family Thanksgiving and her work Thanksgiving. Amber says that Kristine calls this recipe 'deception'; it's 'potato' salad with cauliflower in place of potatoes.

Yeah right, this shit is sounding like a variant of 'grandma's recipe'; shit they're convincing Amber is a 'family tradition', so Amber will eat it. Kristine explains this recipe, which is essentially a large pot full of cauliflower mixed with 2 jars of mayo. Looks like Kristine is again trying to get Amber to do low carb/keto.

Amber laughs at her mother needing to 'de-string' the celery in order for her to bite through it due to her false teeth. Considering the rate at which Amber's mouth "rejects" her teeth, she may want to keep that level of snark in check. It won't be too many years before Kristine is chucking Amber's "disappointment" or "deception" or whatever it was called into a blender so Amber can drink it.

Amber's lack of empathy or any understanding of it
makes me question if she is capable of the concept of "love"
or if its just something she sees as a benefit to her life in that she have an indentured slave to be her caretaker

and every time she cries about it is less about feeling hurt
