For me, it was the fucking FaceTiming while Becky was out doing the shopping. Write a list if you’re sending someone to the supermarket for you, text or quick call if somethings unavailable in case they need a substitute. Give them enough cash or a card to pay. You don’t need a full shop FaceTime. Was this like when Destiny said Amber would call her every lunch break to ensure she wasn’t cheating with a coworker? Better watch Becky shop in case a shelf filler or checkout chick tries chatting her up.

When is this reconciliation bullshit going to end between Hamber and her mother? Their relationship isn't sustainable imo. These two suffer from mental illness, and addiction, and have decades worth of bitterness and tension - especially on Hamber's side. Inshallah, we will get domestic violence mugshots when they decide to beef it out.

Hamber portrays her relationship with her mother as mostly repaired, but we know that there exists some animosity between them. It leaves me questioning: if there were to be a falling out between them, what would the reason be?

Also, I'll never get over Amber being wooed by the progressively-hip non-denominational megachurch. A sermon designed like an MLM pitch given by a pastor who plays the acoustic guitar accompanied by bright LED visuals is a perfect way to make a child Hamber feel engaged.

My choice would be Kristine not asking “how high” when Amber says “Jump!” If Kristine says “no”, or “maybe next week”, or heaven forbid goes on a holiday with her partner, Amber will mope about and complain that she only moved to OKC to be close to her family.

I don’t know if Kristine is actually enjoying her time with her daughter, but if she is it’s going to sting when a new GF moves in and all these activities together completely cease. I wonder if she’s correlating that her daughter needs to stop at a store or restaurant everytime they spend time together? Or maybe she doesn’t care because she’s trying to make up for her trash parenting when she was small. As soon as a new partner arrives, I foresee them rarely seeing each other because she’s going to start her shit of ordering food non stop and ballooning up.

I could believe she really was texting someone for a week, and texting is one letter away from sexting which means true love to Amber. She never had any trouble replacing girlfriends in the past. However, to the unsuspecting, Amber would be suffocating, and not just in the literal sense of the word. She would be like Chantal, expecting you stay up all night with her texting back and forth with next to no let up, and you better answer within a minute. Too bad if you happen to have a life, because she’d expect you to drop everything to prioritise her. It wouldn’t take most people more than one or two middle of the night texts before they’d tell her that’s unacceptable, and block her number.

Here is what I feel is what is gonna go down. As an Amberologist and Amstorian what will happen is Amber will up the neediness gradually after her love-bombing her Mother and "Family" with gifts for Christmas (mainly her Mother will get the lions share).
She will start to ease in the guilt more and more when her Mother resists or rejects outright a request from Amber. But Kristine will eventually cave as Amber lists the reasons she is owed good treatment from her Mother.
Amber will then try slowly to drive a wedge between her Mother and her Mother's boyfriend. (Suggesting she only wants to hang out with Kristine only cause they lost so much time together etc etc)
It will come to a head when Kristine outright and firmly tells Amber No and it's gonna be hilarious. Amber's methods of control will always be the same. Love bombing, adding more and more tasks to her victim, removing the victim from support systems, upping guilt while now becoming demanding, getting the victim to be reliant on financial support and finally gaslighting while also encouraging addictive behavior.
