Amber was never denied the surgery as she quit before they denied her. The dietician never approved her for surgery. It is unlikely that the "next steps for surgery" was to schedule the surgery itself, but instead was further tests , such as for apnea, and be put on a restricted diet, which Amber was not interested in doing.

She is talking about trying dieting on her own. Certainly, McDonald fast food is part of any weight loss diet.

Here are the "emails" which look don't look like emails, but remarkably like DMs sent through Facebook between Amber and ... oh, I don't know... JADE perhaps?

Stupid Jade: you forgot to include the part where the dietician praises Amber for her YouTube following! Dummy!

She claims that she didn't really fail because she didn't set an end date (ex 30 days, 100 days) of this no takeout LIFESTYLE CHANGE. She's smiling and so pleased with her herself from the 'binge' (for lack of a better word). She even goes back to the crime scene to fondle the wrappers and relive the molment. In fact, Amber becomes out of breath carrying the wrappers 4 waddling shuffle steps from one end of the kitchen island to the other in order to toss them in the trash.

Interesting thing that I didn't catch in her last video. Amber NOW discloses that during last year's dangleen lung, the doctor wanted to prescribe diuretics due to some fluid collecting around her lung (but decided against it due to other health complications they could have caused). Hmmm, an enlarged heart (from being supder-duper-uber DEATHSTAR fat for her entire adult life), constant shortness of breath, grotesque swelling in her extremities, and now fluid around (in?) the lungs? ... Are we perhaps entering a CHF arc?

I love that her email to them is just her using talk to text. Horribly written without a second of proof reading.

That said, I do believe they and not Jade wrote that. These clinics want money especially if someone is willing to pay out of pocket (I know that's a lie but still.). There is no point of antagonizing Amber. Just write some boiler plate BS with some extra flair all done with the hope that she will come back.

In Amber fashion she chalks it up to praise where the reality of the situation is that this place def knows who the fuck she is.

They want her to have WLS and succeed not because they like her as a person but because that would be a huge win for them. Same way lawyers act when they take big cases. If they win they everyone else with that problem is gonna be flocking to them.

She always has to make sure someone is proud of her even if it's her saying it to herself.

a) the email responder would have the logo of the surgery or medical center.
b) far too long.
c) grammatical errors and cadence, what fucking admin says "that being said" in a business email.
d) they would have probably provided a contact number to persuade her to return.

Holy fuck, you're right! And that added in "We're cheering you on from the sideline" towards the end. No one is ever more proud of Hamber than Hamber and every story she's every told of some mundane shit, like the totally real dance group she was in, everyone is always cheering for her and applauding like a fucking That Happened.

Guys they want money. I think these people know how to talk to fatties.

FWIW I think she received a similar email from the clinic but added in all the the extra crap about how proud they are etc. It reads as half boiler plate, half Jade.

I can nearly guarantee however that the WLS clinic does not give a fuck about ALR and no one has watched any of her videos. They already have such a glut of patients at these clinics they are run like assembly lines where it’s doubtful anyone spends enough time with any individual patient to pick them out of a lineup.

I think part of the email is boiler plate. Likely, that she was in the programme, but was far for being accepted for surgery. I suspect that most patient fall off the programme at one point or another. There is no point of pushing a patient that early in the process. This clinic is likely have more patient that they can deal with, and actually, paying cash is not necessarily a plus, since if the patent has complications, they may not be able to pay. Much better to have insurance pay for everything.

Reading the first paragraph or so, I was skeptical. Medical staff really vary in how they address things like this. While I think they do favor a more short-but-sweet approach, it's not entirely out of the ordinary for them to be much more gentle and reaffirming these days (especially with how they've had to change everything over troons).

But this is where I lost it too. I think it's one thing to say, "we're sorry to see you go. Please let us know if there's anything we can do. We wish you luck in your personal journey and you're always welcome to come back." But they monologue about her the exact same way that she monologues about herself. I don't think they'd be too critical to her for leaving, but I can't see any clinic in their right mind praising someone for going into a situation where they are going to fail and most likely die. It's irresponsible.

On a side-note, it must suck to work in a clinic like that. Getting to know these patients and being aware that you are their last chance, only for them to have the same mindset as Amberlynn and to go off and commit suicide via food.

This email is fake. No office asks for "complaints" to a person with no name or number provided.
