There are indeed and the horses are about the most pampered any critter can be. They get pets from all the tourists and seemingly delight in what they do and love the attention. They WALK around with the carriage. Nobody is whipping them to a froth like the Roman Chariot races.
She'd have to waddle her fat ass everywhere to eat or shop. Her Amazon (and other) boxes filled with cheap, tacky plastic bullshit would take weeks or months to get to her. Her need for instant for nearly instant immediate gratification would kill her without modern transportation .
