Back in the day I looked after, (home care), people who were fat & bed bound or severely restricted in their movement due to other illnesses. Even the most immaculate about their personal hygiene easily developed skin breakdowns & odor problems. The largest I ever cared for wouldn't be classed as more than a small-medium fat, (250 lb. woman) & she kept herself as clean as possible yet lifting her skin folds too often offered unpleasant surprises in the smell department. Most of us just sweat occasionally. Hamber exudes fat from every pore. Grease, lymph fluid, gross smega infected fat fold belly button toxic waste. Won't even go to gross leaky legs. There are bodily fluids leaking out of this monstrosity that science hasn't even classified.
On a brighter note, I had my first vein surgery today. Four more to go. Color me optimistic.
And yeah, it hurt. Small price to pay for a cure.View attachment 3971661
Amber's hygiene is clearly appalling & has been for years. Her "food" intake, consisting of so much salt & grease guarantees her sweat STINKS. I can also pretty much guarantee she's got a few fungal colonies in various nooks & crannies & at least a few skin breakdowns. Her lack of hygiene & shitty overall health, especially her circulation guarantees they heal poorly if at all.
Her advocating for her own health rates as strongly as my half grown kitten "advocating for food" - he expects it there when he wants it... period. And she expects all her real issues as well as her self indulgent medical womblies to be instantly dealt with. If they're not - to her satisfaction, it's the medical system's fault.
No way in hell she'd put in the work & push back as did our Slappy... too much of an over fed baby for that.
Slappy - hope your other procedures go smoothly. As far as I can tell from that photo, you're doing well.
