Bro she's had the beetus going on a decade or more now. A diagnosis wouldn't change anything. Nothing will ever change with AL she'll be a 500lb beetus having, bed bound 40 year old come 2032 complete with Becky 5.0 as her handmaiden. Lean in to the beetus? I don’t think she went through her cancer saga without getting bare minimum blood work done at least once, so if she is diabetic she already knows it (or at least her doctors’ know it). And at her size and lifestyle (and her darkened knuckles as evidence) her blood glucose levels will not show prediabetic values, she will be a full blown untreated diabetic. She must know she is diabetic, so now she must be afraid of how insanely high her values might be (glucose and beyond) after not giving a rat’s ass since like ever.

What would be harder for her to admit? That she was over 600 lbs at one point or that she has diabetes? She seems terrified of having the label of diabetes and sleep apnea connected to her which is fucking bizzare considering the state of her body.

Can you imagine someone asking to explain what it means?

Poetry, nutrition, soccer, creative writing, dancing, legislation, cooking, choreography, academics, animal care, medicine, criminal justice, empathy, speed reading, donating to charity... Most of these are subjects our dainty princess has been complimented on by authority figures. Such an accomplished young woman.
Imagine you didn't know who Fatty is and someone described all these talents to you. What would you imagine she might look like? How do you think she'd behave?
