Another day, another gain. Amber's back with a new book (recommended by her therapist, called "The Fuck It Diet," an appropriate title to give a woman who's entire attitude towards food could already be summed up with "fuck it"), and a new weight: 496 lbs exactly. All's fine, though; Amber assures us that she's not really trying to lose weight, just lower her calories. Sure. Whatever you say.
