Amy Ramadan documented How A Morbidly Obese Takes A Shower years ago. She was far more honest, which is crazy, because Amy lied about fucking everything.

Amy, was probably a little smaller and a few years older, and detailed how her husband had to help her most days, and she had to dry every fold, use Desitin and cornstarch, hair dryers, Summer's Eve spray, maxi pads. She did claim mooltiple showers a day, which is hilarious.

There are several jump cuts after Amber's shower, probably so she could rest between movements. She can't possibly be showering unassisted as often as claimed, or at all, lookin' greasy as fuck most of the time. Or back to the rag on a stick.

If she's started smoking she's just put another few nails in her coffin. Her fucked A1C and blood pressure would be super fucked. Nicotine affects both insulin and blood pressure among other things. She already has a hard time breathing so I wonder how smoking with all that weight already on her lungs is going to affect her. Especially since she has mentioned years ago that she most likely has untreated sleep apnea.
But I doubt any of this is actually real. I question her finances and doubt she can afford the rent in downtown Nashville. Downtown is an easy neighborhood to pick out of thin air and too lazy to Google Nashville neighborhoods to pick one. I also doubt she'd live anywhere that wasn't the ground floor. Isn't she afraid of elevators anyways? She doesn't leave the house, ever. So I doubt she's even been to a bar before. I think this is just her day dreaming.
