I certainly don't get how anyone that's watched the literal trainwreck that is Spamber's life would take any kind of "life advice" from her. I'd just go down the street and ask some homeless crackhead for life advice and give him/her the $30 and probably get better answers.

NO. Please NO! I want to see her reach maximum girth (whatever phantasmical weight number that actually is) and the way she's going, it shouldn't take much longer. Of course by then, the "dying" problem will manifest itself without any ill wishes from us.

Know what I want to see? Ever seen a poor pupperino that for whatever reason lost its back legs and has a doggie handicap wheelchair of sorts attached to their back end? Still able to get around and live a good life, despite being so handicapped? Well, I want to see the shelf-ass get SOOOO large that she has to trailer it around with some similar device to keep it from dragging the ground behind her. Just for pure spite. No feeder love here. Given the recent full body shots in her vids, probably not a long wait for that, either. Intuitive eating (which is every second of every day for Hamber) should accelerate this process.

I would not be so hard on the clinic. Amber probably told them that she lost almost 100 pounds on intuitive eating before her surgery. Then proceeded to tell them that she failed at all the diets she ever took. Thus, the clinic probably told her to go on intuitive eating. She went to a clinic to be treated for an alleged binge eating disorder. As usual, Amber is trolling herself.

Of course, she knows that she lied to them, but she has no intention to go on a restrictive diet. I expect that she will soon quit this travesty and go back to WW.

As usual what Amber fails to grasp is that weight loss will naturally come AFTER she gets a handle on what causes her "binge eating disorder" in the first place. Assuming, of course, she actually does have some kind of eating disorder.

It didn't exactly work the way she'd hoped the last time she tried it. Maybe she'll claim PTSD from Becky making her walk a few laps around the tree back at the Gaycare?
 
Yeah, she went on about "how do I lose weight without a diet" in the video, completely missing the point that her nutritionist is trying
to curb the yo-yo dieting, to make it easier to actually focus on losing weight and not also having to fight her very ingrained shitty eating habits.
But this is Hamber, so she immediately starts talking about how she "needs to lose weight immediately or else she'll die."
Already we have the excuse for why this nutritionist won't work out, so she doesn't have to listen to reason and can keep stuffing her face.
 
Amber will be fat until death. It will kill her.

The only way she can lose weight is by surrendering everything over to specialists who actually know what the fuck they’re doing. Take their advice, apply it to her life, and not deviate from the plan. But that will never happen because Amber knows what works for her and she knows best.

What an absolutely pathetic existence.
