Weight Watchers Amber is the best for watching her binge. She thinks she can eat anything on there. Beats me why they give huge people more points. I can understand a 6'5" man who does hard labor needing more points, but not a 5'3 woman. Weight Watchers for fat people feels like a troll to me. It just don't math. Normal-sized people on the program get 20-30 points. Amber always claims she gets about 75, whether she's 570 lbs, or 490 lbs. Keep in mind there are loads of zero-point foods which depending on which program you are on can include everything from vegetables and fruit to eggs and nonfat yogurt. Surely she isn't counting those greek yogurt ice cream bars as zero-points...
She just rebought all the ice cream she threw away because now it's "allowed" even though it triggered her to overeat so badly. That whole shopping haul was junk. 3 different kinds of bread (mostly white bread), sugary rice cakes, cheese, cream cheese, mac n cheese, chive cream cheese, mayo (light of course) fatty salami, enough chips for a whole month of school lunches, and a whole damn case of ramen. The only healthy thing was the onion.
-For breakfast she has 2 servings of ramen with garlic salt and tapatio which is also salted. 380 calories and probably a whole day's worth of sodium.
-Lunch is Hot Cheetos, 160 A turkey/cheese/mayo sandwich with no veggies, 380 estimated 2 cheese sticks 160, 2 salami 115
-then a snack of caramel rice cake and 2 tbs cream cheese - 145
-McDonalds feast = 20 piece mcnugget 890, Filet o fish 390, large fry 490
-Large Sonic blast w/ candy mixins 1440/720 (says she only had half)
Grand total of 3830, assuming she only drank water and diet coke, didn't have any sauce with her nuggies or ketchup with her fries, and that she only got one candy mixed into her blast w/ no whipped cream or cherry.
Can't wait to see that scale at the end of the week.
